There's one east of kamisoto estate by the waverider statue
After draining the water in the temple ruins head to the outside part and continue down through a door. It's near one of the samurai minibosses
The one in the room with the rusty key
And my memory is vague for this one but I'm fairly sure it's near the area with the ruin guards in Araumi
You need to lense to uncover some of these locations
