Yelan, one of the best characters in the game with the new 5-star character from Fontaine Region Lyney, will be featured in the first phase of version 4.0 banners
and in the second phase, Zhongli the Geo Archon finally gets a rerun and will be accompanied by one of the playable Fatui Harbingers, Tartaglia
For the 4 star characters, not all of them have been announced on the livestream, only Lynette and Freminet, they will be in the first and second phase respectively
But according to the recent rumors, Xingqiu and Sayu will be featured in the first phase banner with Lynette, while Xinyan and Noelle will accompany Freminet in the second phase banner, but this 4-star characters information is not 100% confirmed
For the weapon banners, the signature bow for Lyney, The First Great Magic Bow and Aqua Simulacra Bow, the signature weapon for Yelan will receive a huge drop rate boost in the first phase
