Well ya, Star Rail has the option to be a lot more cinematic although I will admit the 2nd element was absolutely a banger to recieve
Genshin: just walk to stone like god
HSR : Have Epic battle,die,meet god by itself, that god give her weapon with fire element, take that weapon like she give born, and get revival and fight back.
In hsr its like we reach to a new level of some kind and in genshin its just unlocking a teleport waypoint
At least Mihoyo realized their issue of lack of action when getting a new element so that's why they made it in Honkai Star Rail.💀💔

to be fair… genshin element change aint that dramatic at all. it was literally bestowed unto you since you can control it innately.. there is no quest line or any struggle in getting it… tho i wish there is some animation everytime you change your element or a certain questline when you 1st change into that element

HSR New Element:We got some epic boss battle with heavy LOOooREee and went to the brink of death before we get new element
HSR is their passion project change my mind
