Noelle is super solid and heals like crazy. Her shield is very strong and quite useful and she can still provide some damage (not a lot but enough) whilst maintaining that level of utility.

Should press triangle on the attributes screen to bring up full stats. 1k per heal is pretty nice, but eh I wouldn't wanna give up the damage. I'm AR41 still using 4/3 star berserker/exile artifacts on my C1 Noelle, and while your healing is double mine (could be 3x if you used healing bonus 2-set and hat), your damage is roughly the same as mine. Still, focusing on her healing is certainly one way to do it, Noelle can and will do whatever you need her to. 🙂
The most confusing part is that the thumbnail claims that Mona is a healer
i always thought noelle sucked, but i didnt know if you upgrade her shield its as good as zhongli's, also never knew she healed lmaooo
Cry, there are so few videos, where like I am a beginner, meaning I might have a few four star artifacts and no real good weapons, and some video, not this one, will claim, for beginners….well beginners don't have any of this stuff, I think I have found a few vids but not many
