I think he reminds me of a studio Ghibli character, the type you meet when the MC crosses over to another world. So I decided I like him.
Mihoyo will make you care. Just like they did with Ganyu. Prepare to suffer in abyss without dendro just like they made ice super needed after Ganyu. Fortunately we have traveler to help remedy that but hardly anyone plays him.
I actually absolutely love his character design. Then I literally installed Genshin after seeing a video of him when he's idle and there's the sound effects on his ears. I find his outfit pretty despite the negative comments on it. I'm saving up primogems for him and I hope I get him.
He's gonna get the yoimiya treatment😭

I'm not a fan of the "furry boy" style. He looks like a dendro Gorou, and that just doesn't speak to me, like the way Collei speaks to me, because I read the manga. Also we have waaayyy too many 5 star bow user banners at ones. Yelan, Yoimiya, Tighnari. Those are all very close to each others. It's too overwhelming for me. That's why I am not so very hyped for Tighnari. Also he is brand new and we don't know much about him or his vision so I'd rather wait for people to make commentaries about him and the dendro vision because he and/or the element might suck. Just like Diluc and Keqing, he might be outplayed by other upcoming characters of the same elements, and we will get a lot of dendro within a short period of time, so we gotta be patient! 😉

He’s a bow character and I really like bow characters but the thing is .. I don’t know how how his kit works yet .
I don’t really want to skip the first dendro character cuz he might turn up being really good or really bad …

I don’t care about dendro at all. If they give us Collei for free great but otherwise I’ll just use Dendro Traveler for whatever puzzles/map traversal
For me, Tighnari’s design is the worst thing I’ve ever seen. It’s so overly messy and complicated with quite literally every colour of the rainbow on him in some way. His hair is a massive no, and the style looks like it’s suffering from an identity crisis. It’s clearly modern with the shoes and shirt but it’s trying to be middle eastern inspired as well??? Idk. I think it looks HIDEOUS.

Personally i am excited for the new region cause i will have soemthing new to explore and primos to find as for the characters i am like meh they good but do not excite me i will wait for zhogli and kamisato ayato rerun cause they are the two that i want and do not have and after these two i will focus a ton on weapon banner
No one cares because they mispronounce his name, it should be Teegh-na-ri not Tie-na-ri.
Kidding aside I think he's ok, just got overshadowed by the other upcoming characters a bit.
Tighnari is fine, but I think everyone is more excited about Collei cause a good chunk of us already know about her, plus we fell in love with her voice in the Fatui trailer. I think Tighnari just doesn't have enough exposure for people to care about.
upon closer inspection, i adore tighnari!! he’s adorable, right along with cyno! his hairstyle is simple, his face is cute, his outfit; i don’t care too much for it but i don’t mind it, and the colors are pleasing to my eyes. i think the reason why people don’t like tighnari as much is because he’s not just male (most people like the “waifus”), but he’s also the more blank looking (in terms of face), he’s got a lot going on in his clothes design, and he feels a little lackluster. but that’s just my thoughts on what other people may think based on my personal observation of him.
I can't decide for who I should pull between ganyu and tighanri.. tighanri kit remind me of a seraph of the end character that I really love so I prob will end up pulling for
But ayato is super powerful! Def great for meta team comps, mine is doing 400k with his skill in total
Honestly if ftp why would you want a dendro reaction when you can one shot them with OG character's , I feel like sumeru are just glorified filler content. At this point just wait for the archon this is just huge pitfall and as usual like any new content overhype and over rated by the bots
I’m mostly waiting for future dendro characters. I will just get my dendro traveler and peace out.

As I just got Thundering Pulse, it's time I save up for Tighnari.. I need really good luck but I really do hope I get him 🙂

I was all in for pulling Tighnari until the standard banner rumors. I'll be pulling if confirmed that he's an event character. Im f2p so I'd rather spend primogems on limited characters than all time availables.
His outfit has too much irrelevant stuff going on and has basically no fan service nor is he any handsome. Dendro seems underwhelming too but I personally am very excited and will pull for Al haitham who is also dendro because I find him much more pleasing to the eye. He has that mysterious smarty pants vibe going on and has big chunky arms and visible abs that attracts the female audience of the game. He just does it all as an husbando but I can’t say the same about tighnari whom I assumed to be female before the official announcement xD
I like him and am currently saving 20 wishes with 15 pity rn! Hope everyone who wants him gets him!
if tighnari goes to standard banner I'll get him to be one of the few that has him, from what I've seen, there are people who played since the beginning of the game and doesn't have 1 or 2 standard characters, which makes me scared.
