  3. So.. I just wanted to share this

    Blizzard Strayer on Noelle works really well.

    I somehow found myself a set with some really good sub stat artifacts but has def as main stat so I tried it and it works

    During Noelle burst
    Her basic attacks trigger crystalize but leaves the cryo buff on the enemies.. This could be something
    Not optimal but hey that 20% crit rate

    Edit:

    I just realize that Noelle can basically utilize those artifact sets like Lavawalker and thundersoother
    Def main stat but has good sub stats
    Better start saving those for experiments

  9. Since i play on mobile i just use that gadget we get from reaching a certain reputation lvl in mondstat to do dragon strike,and since i got venti aiming for noelle c6 ,venti E hold skill will do too

  14. I was hoping they did get rid of it but only because it's not worth the effort on PS4 imo, when the chars who can do it aren't my mains, but you've changed my mind. If it adds something to the game for you, then I'm glad you have it, and this is mostly a single player game. So, I shouldn't be feeling inadequate, just because I can't do it as easily.

  17. MiHoYo personally hate keqing i supposed. They remove keqing double E technique but keep Dragon strike before and after 1.4 (I didn't want dragon strike to be remove I just want double E keqing back)
