If someone is still confused of why Nilou, a random dancer, is a 5star, my theory is Nilou is meant to represent the Goddess of Flower.
I like her design and theme so much, but sadly I wanted to get Shogun with her weapon so I have to skip her and probably Nahida… It's so hard to do this man I feel like trash for skipping such powerful (Cyno) nice and elegant (Nilou) and interesting and alluring (Nahida)
