Hello fellow Genshin players,

As you all know, Version 4.6 will be adding a map expansion of Fontaine, and I have more details about the expansion, including the name of the new area, its location, and additional information about the map. We will discuss and speculate on these details in the video.

In my previous videos, I talked about the new desert map and Fontaine map expansion that will be added in the Black Hole area in 4.6. Now, we have clearer details about the extent of the Black Hole area covered in Version 4.6 and the possible name of the new area.

According to leaks by UTeyvat, the Fontaine map expansion will cover the area shown in the image, with the other part being the desert, not coming in 4.6 due to the Khaenri’ah battlefield area underground.

As per leaks, the new Fontaine map expansion will be called “Petrichor,” and there will be an underwater part called Remuria. We also have an expected leaked image of the new area by Videre.

This area will introduce two new artifacts, one for Arlecchino and the other for Emillie, along with a weekly boss. We are speculating that the boss will be Arlecchino, similar to other harbingers.

Regarding the desert map expansion, it won’t happen soon. There’s a possibility it will be added in 4.8, but this is just my speculation. Hoyoverse may not want to reveal it soon, but they might add the map without the underground area of Khaenri’ah. Let’s wait for more leaks.
