Yesterday, Arlecchino was finally announced, and we will see her banner in version 4.6. So, in this video, let’s take a look at what we can expect in this version. I’ll talk about Arlecchino’s kit details and potential banners in this version.
Update 4.6 will be released on April 24th, but further information is still uncertain and subject to change, so keep that in mind.
Arlecchino has finally been officially announced, and from the announcement to the release, as we know, is a short walk away. Insiders have just shared new information about her special mechanics, so let’s take a look at it and see if the info will help us understand her a bit better!
According to the early info, when she uses her skill, Arlecchino enters a different stance. In this mode, she gains a pyro infusion to her attacks.
Also, Arlecchino loses some of her HP and changes it into a new ability, similar to the Bond of Life. We don’t know the name of this new ability either, so we’ll call it a Bond of Life-like effect. When she’s in this alternate mode and losing health, her ATK and attack speed increase based on how much health she’s lost. This effect stops when she leaves the battle.
Meanwhile, Arlecchino’s skill is expected to remove the Bond of Life-like effect and heal her while causing pyro damage to nearby enemies. This setup is similar to Hu Tao’s abilities but with a few differences. There’s speculation that Arlecchino might be even better than Hu Tao. If that’s true, Arlecchino could become the strongest pyro character in Genshin Impact.
Here are potential Arlecchino’s talents:
First talent: When the Bond of Life-like ability is active, any damage she takes will be converted into the Bond of Life. This talent upgrade will likely make her attack and speed boosts stronger, but it can only happen after she takes damage, which could be risky.
The second one is: Each time Arlecchino hits an enemy, her pyro damage goes up a bit, but only to a certain point. Also, if this talent description is accurate, it means she’ll be stronger when fighting against many enemies.
Along side Arlecchino release, we can expect Lyney rerun in the same phase as they are closely related in the story line. By that time, five updates will have passed since his last banner. Next in line for a rerun is Furina; it has been mentioned that a second story quest will be added in update 4.6, but this is still uncertain. The last character who may appear in the banners is Alhaitham.
Also, the chronicled banner turned out to be disappointing, lasting only 20 days, which wasn’t clearly communicated during its release. Fate Points aren’t saved for the next version, unlike expectations, making it difficult for players to reach pity if they lose their 50/50. So there is no info about it in version 4.6 yet.

Not pulling for Arlecchino until after they're released and the community has come to a consensus on them. I find most pre-release analysis to be wrong and day 1 analysis also misses the mark, but by the time of their re-run the community should come to a consensus on them that is a good guidance. That's why I'm pulling for Neuvillette on the second phase of 4.5.

Chronicle Wish is predatory and makes Genshin gacha more costly and problematic. It's clear when you use basic math and logic.
