We’re halfway through version 3.6 and version 3.7 will be released on may 24th. There will be no new five star character in version 3.7, so this will be a rerun patch only. Earlier it was expected that yae miko, kazuha, yoimiya and alhaitham will be the rerun characters in 3.7.
According to the previous leaks, first phase of 3.7 should have featured yae miko and yoimiya rerun banners. Kirara, the newest four star dendro sword user was also expected to be on the same banner. And for the phase two banners, kazuha and alhaitham were expected to get their reruns.
But some new leaks have featured online and they make more sense than the previous ones. Alhaitham was released in version 3.4, so his rerun banner in 3.7 didn’t make any sense. Especially because, wanderer who was released in version 3.3 hasn’t got his rerun yet. And i also mentioned the same thing.
According to the new leaks, childe will get his rerun along with kazuha in the second phase of version 3.7.
So if you follow the new leaks, the rerun banners in version 3.7 will be yae miko and yoimiya in phase 1, and kazuha and child in phase 2.
Alhaitham and kazuha are both sword users. So putting two sword weapons on the same banner also doesn’t make any sense. And it has never happened in genshin impact.
About the four star characters on these banners, chongyun, yunjin and kirara will be featured in phase 1 banners whereas yaoyao, heizho and xiangling in the second phase of version 3.7.
Version 3.7 special program will be held on may 12th. And it will either confirm or deny some of these 3.7 leaks and rumors. It will also give us some insight into what to expect from version 3.7, events, bannere,story quests, hangout events and more.

I find this very hard to believe considering Alhaitham is definetly rerunning either 3.7 or 3.8. If it was Scara replacing Haitham maybe I'd buy it but no it's Childe… Who already got a rerun this patch. I think these types of channel are all too obsessed over the fact that Alhaitham is getting a fast rerun as if it's the first time it has happened.
