NEW UPDATE!! NEW BANNER SYSTEM IN 4.5 & FEATURED BANNERS For Phase 1 & 2 – Genshin Impact
There are some important updates that I need to share with all of you. If you caught my previous video, I discussed the upcoming Version 4.5 characters and introduced a new banner system set to be implemented in that version. I didn’t really explain well on what’s that and how it’s going to work but I’ll do my best to provide a clear explanation now, hopefully you will get the idea, so bear with me.
In my last video, I mentioned a leak regarding the Mondstadt Character Banner. Basically,I mentioned that this type of banner will exclusively feature characters from Mondstadt, making it a Mondstadt Exclusive Banner. Now, there’s some fresh information that dropped today. Well again, i’m going to say it, Be skeptical about this, since this is still marked as an early information. Okay so, According to a reliable source, Hxg Diluc, they mentioned that this new banner will include several characters and weapons, operating with mechanics similar to the Epitomized Path. Which basically means, It will not only Include Characters but also WEAPONS. Well we’re not really sure what weapons it will include but we will see about it.
Anyway, in simple terms, this banner is not limited to characters alone, it will also showcase various weapons. Much like the Epitomized Path in the weapon banner, where you had the chance to acquire specific weapons, this new banner follows a similar structure. As you know the Epitomized path in weapon banner is a bit confusing, since the new banner will have this feature, let’s take example as the current weapon banner. So let’s say you want the ‘Engulfing Lightning’ weapon on the current banner. According to the current system, if you aim for a specific 5-star promotional weapon and end up getting a different 5-star weapon, you get 1 Fate Point. And if you still end up getting a different one, that’s 2 fate points in your bag, You can collect up to 2 Fate Points. meaning the next 5 star will be the one you chose through the epitomized path. i wouldn’t say this system will also apply to the new banner, but you get the idea on how the epitommized path works. It offers you the opportunity to obtain both characters and weapons. I honestly don’t know how they came to this conclusion, but my guess is that there are too many characters and weapons. So, they are trying their best to have characters rerun as soon as possible. This new banner might be the one we all thought would be the birthday banners. that’s just my take. But anyway, If you didn’t watch my last video, we talked about the characters who will potentially get a banner in the upcoming version. This is how it went: Chiyori and Albedo will be in the first phase, and the second phase will feature Itto, Kazuha, and Neuvillette. Well, it’s still true. Those characters are indeed getting a banner, but not like how we initially thought. Basically, the new banner system I mentioned not long ago will feature Albedo, which is a completely separate banner from the main banners. I hope you get the idea. Anyway, the 4.5 banners will go as follows: Chiyori and Itto will be in the first phase banners, while Kazuha and Neuvillette will be featured in the second phase banners. Albedo will also be featured in this version but in a separate banner. We still don’t know which phase his new banner will appear in, but, again, as I said before, you can count on me. I was thinking about why so many in the radical left participate in “speedrunning.” The reason is the left’s lack of work ethic, (‘go fast’ rather than ‘do it right’) and in a Petersonian sense to elevate alternative sexual archetypes in the marketplace (‘fastest hedgehog’)
If the new third banner works like the weapon banner, that would be a nightmare. Imagine losing 50/50 twice on the characters you don't want, wasting 210-270 pulls. If the epitomed path like system makes it so the characters of your choice gets a boost rate like the limited banner has, then I'm okay with it.
Idk how they're going to do the weapon banner. But it sounds like to me instead of having a weapon banner for the third banner, you would gain separate starglitter like currency to buy out the weapons that are related to the characters in the third banner. You can only get these kinds of currencies from wishing the third banner.

I'm not sure how this new Wish System will look like, if there's going to be one. But, i hope that this will not apply to Nilou, Wriothesley and Navia since i want to go for them on their next Reruns. There's a Reason why i don't touch the Weppon Banners with this stupid Path System, atm. It would take too many of my Wishes.
