NEW UPDATE!! 7 LIMITED CHARACTER BANNERS IN 4.5!! REGIONAL BANNERS (KAZUHA RERUN) – Genshin Impact

We already know that chiori and arataaki itto will get their banners in phase 1, whereas Khaazuha and Neuvillette will get their rerun banners in phase two. This info has been confirmed by several sources, so I’m not expecting any changes in the future. Version 4.5 is going to be a filler patch, there won’t be much to do after you complete the main event, so you should not expect to receive more than 60 wishes.

So if you’re planning to pull for any of the upcoming characters, whether they are in 4.5 or 4.6, you should think twice before spending your primogems on characters you don’t want or need. Do not pull on the banners for 4 stars, unless you wouldn’t mind getting the 5 star character.

And the reason is, 4.5 might not feature just 4 limited characters, it might feature 7 limited characters and 5-6 weapons. As I have already mentioned in my previous video, hoyoverse will introduce a completely new banner system in version 4.5. This is a very scary thing for free to play players & low spenders. So how will this new banner work? Well, according to every source who confirmed that the third banner is real, they later mentioned that this banner would work just like the current weapon banner.

One more thing, it has been also confirmed that this banner will feature regional characters. It means that Characters who will be related to the main event of every patch, they will be featured on this banner. Since Mondstadt is celebrating the windblume festival, characters like Kleey, Eula & Albedo will be featured on this banner. And I don’t think that any arkon would appear on this banner. The Archons will get their reruns as usual, once every region, and of course the new arkon will get his or her first rerun once every region.

Let me quickly tell you about how the weapon banner works. You are guaranteed a five-star weapon at least once every 80 pulls. And there is a 75% chance that you will pull either rated up five-star weapons. If you lose and pull a standard five-star weapon, your next five-star weapon is guaranteed to be one of the event five-star weapons. From then on, it is a 50/50 chance between either of them.

And the new character banner should also work like this, but there’s a problem. This new banner will also feature some weapons, and I’m assuming they’re limited weapons. So I thought about it a lot, and still couldn’t figure out a way on how this system would work?

Because i don’t want to lose my 50/50 and get a character that i don’t want, not to forget the weapons. So there must be some sort of selector system here. Otherwise no one would pull on this banner. And if this banner is just like the epitomized path, that means we might get two selectors on this banner, one for the characters and one for the weapon. That’s the only way i can imagine and is acceptable, because if I’m losing my 50/50, i want a weapon i can actually use.
