Normal Attack:
Arlecchino has a Bond of Life that is greater than or equal to 30% of the life cap, gaining a 40% bonus to Pyro damage
• Talent 1: When defeating an enemy affected by Blood Debt, Arle is directly granted a Bond of Life worth 70% of her maximum health. Additionally, Blood Debt has stages that differentiate its effects. Depending on the stage of Blood Debt at the time of its recovery, the amount of Bond of Life granted to Arle varies. Blood Debt starts at the first stage and increases by one stage every three seconds, up to a maximum of three stages. Upon recovering Blood Debt at stages one, two, and three, Arle is respectively granted a Bond of Life worth 20%, 25%, and 70% of her maximum health.

• Lifestyle Talent:
In both team settings and combat, Arle can only benefit from the healing provided by her own Elemental Skill (E); she cannot receive healing from any other sources. Outside of combat, she can be healed normally.
Normal atk
When Arle’s Bond of Life is greater than or equal to 30% of her maximum health, she gains a 40% Pyro damage bonus. Her normal attacks (A), charged attacks, and plunge attacks are converted to unoverrideable Pyro damage. Under the Shadow Praise state, Arle’s normal attacks are transformed into the Feast of the Crimson Death. Hitting an enemy with this attack increases the damage dealt by an amount proportional to Arle’s attack multiplied by the current percentage of her Bond of Life, consuming 5.5% of the current Bond of Life in the process. This consumption can occur once every 0.05 seconds at most.
Her Elemental burst Costs 60 energy, cooldown 15 seconds.
Invokes the wings of Eclipsed Bloodfire, granting Arlecchino a Bond of Life worth 15% of his maximum health and causing AoE Pyro damage.

    2 sets: ATK +18%.
    4 sets: +50% DMG after 3 seconds have passed since the start of the combat state.
    If there is no enemy in Burning state for 6 seconds, the above damage buff is reduced by 10% per second.
    When a burning enemy is present, the damage buff increases by 10% per second until it reaches 50%. The effect can also be activated when the equipped character is off-field.

    2 sets: ATK +18%.
    4 sets: Damage dealt +18% when the value of the Bond of Life contract is increased or decreased. Duration 6 seconds, can be stacked up to 3 times. It is unknown if the effect can also be activated when the equipped character is off-field.

    Conclusion: Mid to high tier Fontaine character.
    She cant really play Xingqiu Yelan Zhongli, feels too clunky, not as good as hu tao.
    I tried with pure Pyro, no reactions, bringing Benny Kazuha, every normal was 56k, 3.4s per combo, 7 combos, basically 350k in 3.5 seconds. She's just a mini Neuvi at that point.
    But she needs Bennett, she REALLY needs Bennett.
    I guess we wait for future buffs and characters for her to become a true meta character. Without any nerfs she's already quite strong, if you give her like 20-30% buffs from other chars/artifacts/weapons then she might actually turn into Neuvilette.

  8. Father really is The 4th Strongest Fatui with Complicated Mechanics on Bond of Life to fully maximized her Dmg. 🔥 I wonder if Columbina will be MORE COMPLICATED 😂
