Seeing all these people complain about artifacts makes me scared for the game – Genshin Impact is already too easy. If artifact grinding becomes easy too, you'll be even more bored.
So putting 3 def artifact will give me 1 def artifact?!???? Seems a gOoD dEaL!
I would rather it scramble the substats while keeping the experience, then reallocate the upgrades randomly.

What the hell is Mihoyo thinking… It would be better to choose which stat you want to Reroll on a specific artifact. No matter what the set. The way I see it (and this is just an idea) it would be better if we get to choose the Main stat and -or a base substat combination that we want. And maybe spend 20 resin for a reroll or 40 resin for a reroll on both Main -and substats, and if u pick a desired stat you'll have a 15% higher chance to get that stat? Maybe make it like a daily or weekly thing so people dont burn through their resin like instantly. Imo that would be alot better than this bullshit.
Mihoyo you can do better than this.
Just REMOVE the Freakin "DEF & DEF %" from the sub stats addition list.
Out of 100 artifacts that I get, 95 of them will have DEF stats.. 😖😖😖😖

Yea this system is complete dick and a complete waste of time. I would never fodder 3 5* artifacts to get one random roll from a minimum amount of sets that doesn't even let me choose the piece that I want. The 3 5* are much more valuable to level up an okay rolled artifact. The My Hero Academia game that came out(despite all the drama) has a way better system than this. Fill a gauge up and get a token to pick a randomly rolled chip for a specific slot for a specific character.
This system just needed to be taking a stat from one piece of the same tier and moving over a stat or just let us blow resin to re-roll the main stat. Done.
Then if it's randomize isn't basically like getting the form bosses or domains?Just asking.And I don't think there is a guarantee that the state will be better or could be worse well for all I know I don't really care since I barely have 5 star artifacts.😅

yeah sorry this artifact rerolling is awful. like god awful garbage. i dunno what theyre thinking./ the issue is that the rng to even get A UABLE PIECE is ridiculous. then they decide to fix our rng problemn by throwing more rng into it. its BS. its almost as bad as fixing the resin issue by raising the maximum without raising the recharge rate. so dumb

I would've preferred the option to upgrade 4 star to 5 star artifacts for artifact sets that are 5 stars.
If even a stingy rng fest that's hyper focused around RTA like Epic 7 can introduce a proper sub stats reroll then it's no excuse that Genshin Impact couldn't.
Give a reset item for artifacts.. make me level them back from 0

Exchange 30 shitty artifacts get 10 horrible artifacts, thats 20 artifact gone in vain… I'd rather keep farming and use the 30 shitty artifacts to enhance. Great job mihoyo, they really know people like gambling a lot.

In reality: your 3 5* trash artifact will beacame 1 trash artifact

Well, now that I know I have to sacrifice 3 artifacts for 1 of 4 specific artifact pieces and no guarantee it will even be good, I'll keep spending resin and use the bad ones for fodder.

And with this i can just farm Blizzard strayer all i want until 2.0 comes out and then exchange all my bad blizzard for Glad pieces.
Worth 60 Resin of bad Artifact for a chance of redemption to 40 Resin artifact.

So it´s like exchanging 40 to 60 of resin (the way you get 3 gold artifacts) to get 1 gold artifact with a probability of 99,99% of being Sh1t. LOL
Would be a real beauty if we could control type of slot/set and/or stats… i.e. elemental damage, crit, or what have you as primary stat…
Maybe an auto 4 Stat lvl 1 artifact… trade off? 4-5 to 1 trade..

3 for 1? FU miHoYo. No sane person would trade 3 for Noblesse or BC.
If it's 2 for 1, I can still accept it for Gladiator and Wanderer.
