I don't know about 3.2 specifically, but new sumeru area will be released soon enough and we even have kind of confirmation of that in-game. I'm referring to the book with pictures of treasure locations from aranara quest. It says under pictures 14 and 15 "area is not available yet". Same thing was written under desert pictures before 3.1
