Itto is well-designed. The problem I have with most game developers when releasing "revealing" or "sexy" characters is the exaggeration they implement on their designs. Just look at typical MMORPGs with their seemingly impractical naked armor. Itto somehow still seems respectable and not over-the-top.

Sorry to be that guy, but based on your beliefs (Gorou being a 4star and Itto a 5star), this would mean the other banner is a rerun 5star. So in this scenario having Itto as the first banner would make 0 sense. Eg; Klee Kazuha, Zhongli Eula, and the new 4star(if any) is always on the rerun banner eg; Yanfei in Zhongli's banner. So itto being the 1st banner makes no sense, and Gorou being on the second half makes no sense as well.
