Ik probably nobody cares but i ever once got God artifacts gladi flower with att%,er,c.dmg,c.rate what happen is when I'm upgrading it to 20 it went to 1 each rolls and 2 rolls for er.
And today i upgrade some gladi feather with flat hp,flat def,c.dmg and what happen is c.rate show up+ upgrade 1x and 3x to c.dmg.

I have Xiangling(c0), Benette(c1), Noelle(c0), Geo Traveler(c6 my main 🙁 with harbingers of dawn r5 lvl 60 with cr 57%/cd 160% and 1.2k dmg), Ningguang(c0), Sucrose(c2), Beidou(c0), Barbara(c2), and Diona(c0).
