Ik probably nobody cares but i ever once got God artifacts gladi flower with att%,er,c.dmg,c.rate what happen is when I'm upgrading it to 20 it went to 1 each rolls and 2 rolls for er.
And today i upgrade some gladi feather with flat hp,flat def,c.dmg and what happen is c.rate show up+ upgrade 1x and 3x to c.dmg.
