Matt, I sincerely doubt Inazuma is planned for release after the summer, they won’t have any players left by then if they wait that long.
Inazuma has been getting hyped for months now, they’ve shown ayaka over and over and one chief complaint with players is that Genshin’s feeling of wonder/adventure totally disappears once you finished liyue. Small additions like dragon spine don’t fix it.
Personally I’ve already quit for the time being and so have my friends. I suspect they’ll see their player base drop exponentially the longer they don’t release a new full region.
At the current rate, I can't see myself and many others still actively playing this game in 9-10months… Releasing new characters and a few regions here and there just isn't going to be enough anymore. This game desperately needs some replayable content that's fun and rewarding, heck I won't even mind if it cost resin since all the resin activities we have now are just a chore.
pretty sure rosaria will come later then 1.3 bcs 3 polearms in the banners idk that doesent make that much sense to me :c nice video and have a good day <3
Inazuma in 2.0? that is quiet the long time but it was said that map expansions would be after 6+ months but that dosen´t make sense for these not leaks but speculations because the realism of those is probably just calculations. (for Inazuma and others 6+ months not small areas like Dragonspine)
This release schedule is already awfully slow for a gacha game. If Inazuma is not released soon that will be very disappointing. New characters are cool and all but the story is probably the best part of this game. Taking a whole year to release the next region would be a good way to tell everyone to fuck off. We already know there are at least 6 other major regions including inazuma. Dont think people will wait 6 years to experience the story… what happened in Mondstadt is already getting blurry 3 months into the game since it’s been so long since we did any main story quests.
idk abt the AR system…. you need at least AR35 to unlock the last liyue quest story, then after AR45 it takes a long to time to level up, wonder how the new story system would work…
if inazuma comes at patch 2.0, i don't wanna play this game anymore. mihoyo gave us monstadt at 1.0, liyue at 1.1, now suddenly inazuma at 2.0? you gotta be kidding me. for players who are interested in the story and lore of the game, there's no way i can wait months and months for a region to be unlocked. i'll probably just quit the game now, come back after 5 years, hopefully many regions have been unlocked so that i can play this game without worrying about running out of content and quest at that time.

There is still no clear information about updates 1.4 to 2.0 You should first wait for real plans and information instead of revealing unrealistic information I am of the opinion that the planning and the information from update 1.4 to 2.0 are totally badly calculated. What should the future look like? About 6 months only events and maybe a new landscape just out of your mood? The story keeps stalling and is too undecided at some points
Dude i have wanted Baizhu since DAY ONE! I got Qiqi on my Childe banner pity and it would be so wholesome to get Qiqi's "dad" too! Sadly, I dunno if i will get Baizhu's pity since Genshin Gods gave me Xiao twice, now my luck's drained.
Im a bit disappointed how Baizhu might end up a 5*… I was expecting him to be a 4* cuz I really wanted to combo him with Hu Tao. Apparently my wallet is not done crying.

I can't see dainsleif coming as a playable character until late game… maybe he might show up in story but not playable

Dosen't that feel a little to far off, for the next major area. That would make inanzuma a anniversary type deal.
If we assume its 1 year for the 5 remaining major areas plus danslief chapter. That would be 6 years before the story concludes.
