I'm so convinced that Neuvillette is the hydro sovereign now.
His hydro powers being a "???" in his drip marketing, the beliefs of the people of enkanomiya, the mention of the dragon of hydro during the archon quest and now him being able hold his own against a fatui harbinger.
I tried to destroy his vision while its in my pocket, of course i cant ๐ฅ i hate hoyoverse so much for killing the beautiful signora but letting this thing alive
Tbf he didn't have the opportunity to activate the Fouls Legacy. So basically he was knocked up before he could release his full power.
Just imagine if you could just defeat him before his second phase in his boss domain. It would be much easier than it already is.
