Don’t get me wrong, Inazuma is amazing! I just wonder if it can keep people engaged long term with #genshin. I want to have some repeatable content to enjoy that gives us a reason to jump in game again

  1. It sucks that the game wasn’t split in only 2-3 parts but it is what it is. The consequence is that nothing happens in between releases. It’s typically more satisfying to binge watch a finished series than having to wait for the next season.

That being said I have a painfully difficult time believing that players will abandon the game entirely because the next region takes a year. I can totally see players leaving temporarily in between releases but I believe new region hype is just enough to get inactive players back. It would be like waiting for the next avengers movie. Mihoyo dropped the ball on its release plan but as F2P i dont mind getting a brand new region every year with at least a month’s worth of gameplay for free. Mihoyo is the loser here IF you dont spend significant amounts money.

  2. We all wait for PVP.. I don't even know what would be difficult to program when I see the big potential about Genshin Impact.
Just some fight, we no need some primogems, no need any moras, just some fights against friends would be so fun, isn't it?

  3. Another problem I realized with the release of Inazuma: What if new players pull Ayaka? They can only level her to Ascension
Phase 2 (with the 3 Sakura Blooms from the trail thingy) but then they are stuck, since they can't fight the boss for the Ascension Materials until AR30 when Inazuma unlocks? They also won't be able to raise her Talents at all, since her Talent Level-Up Material is also tied to Inazuma. They kind of have to find a solution for that.

  4. I really feel him, I suppose I havent finished EVERYTHING but i have a feeling most of the rest of help quests im going to do are very repetitive. I keep playing domains to get better artifacts or lvl up charaters but its the same, "def" or just plain trashy artifacts. And its so reparative. get on don't get anything you want, get one don't get anything you want. I started a new account jsut to have something to do, but its still going to turn to the same problem I had with my main account.

  5. Only took me a month to get sick of the resin system. Only reason inazuma isn't done for me is because I saved as much of it as I could for yoimiya, because getting a new character but not having content for it sucks ass. It all comes back to resin and it ruins the experience in so many ways.

  6. All Gacha games do this and yeah some characters are to powerful for the game. Take Grand Summoners since Vox got released there's been just 1 stage that required him which is crazy

  7. Is there any game that continuously provides you something to do month after month, forever, that isn’t PvP? If they make Genshin PvP, then it becomes pay to win, and I definitely don’t want that.

  8. I'm out of content but I was worth, the quest of inazuma were great, If you pay attention most of them are related, we even found the owner of the bottle note we found on dragonspine and I'm sure some of them will be related on future regions.
I not bored, I login everyday check my teapot, commissions, do my daily routes and get awful artifacts, this takes me like 2 hours, the content is good, and the events helps the wait for new content but yeah I would like to have an excuse to go back to explore liyue or mondstadt
