  6. I had a similar situation with fgo.

    One day I got a error saying that the transfer was complete but I didn't do that. So I contacted support gave 4 years of Saint quartz. Every servant I ever leveled, including talents, literally anything you could ask for and they told me bc it was active they couldn't do anything. I freaked out bc I never gave anyone that info so I was worried my personal email got hacked. So I asked them to at least verify what transfer number was used to transfer the account, bc if it was the last one I had then my computer was probably hacked but if it wasn't I figured someone tricked support into transferring the account. They wouldn't help me out with that. Then finally I asked if I couldn't get the account back, if they could at least ban the other player as since the account was clearly in my possession for 4 years, regardless of how this person got it they broke TOF to do it. They also wouldn't do this either which contradicted them completely

    It really sucked I put 4 years of my life into that game and the game had some of my favorite anime characters ever. I also spent more money then any other game (800 in 4 years I think). The positive thing was I was getting sick of grinding and the turn based combat anyways so I already wasn't playing a lot. But that account was special to me and even tho I was kind of quitting the game anyway, that experience really fucking sucked. Worse part for me was the animes are my favorite thing about Fate but since the account was stolen, I can't watch Fate bc it just pisses me off now. It made me kind of end up hating my favorite franchise and I wish I never played so I could still enjoy the animes.

    Sorry this happened to you, ik that feeling and it's such a terrible feeling. Although not exactly the same I just wanted to put my story out there as getting your account hacked with no way to get it back really blows.

  7. Not only the lack of security but also the nonexistent support, these gacha games somehow have the most expensive accounts yet the most lax security service, all I can suggest is not to whale on any

  8. this is why i do not co-op in people world who i do not know no more or co-op when i farm mat or what not doing to this u do not know who u maybe come acroos of u can be in a hacker world and not know anything about it so to make sure my account is safe i just do not co-op at all or i only co-op with people i know which is a very few people on my freinds list that about it

  9. Wish you the best of luck man, one thing I learned about hackers is they are ruthless. Bet they still are trying to get into your email to this day. Once they learn your email they will try to brute force it with random leaked passwords/common ones.

    I think the two step messages were getting deleted.

  18. Same thing has happened to my friend. After retrieving his acct for more than a month, he didn't spend anything on genshin anymore even if it's just welkins.
