Hoyo is too dumb to release new skins to make money off of unless they're from another typical summer event…but man a lot of these skins are really good.
I don’t see why they hold back on making them so much. If anything it makes people way more careful about which skins they buy. So less people buying skins overall. It’s horrible marketing and less fun for the players. I knew they were dumb when they made it a gacha, because even a moron can figure out that gacha games make a lot of money. It doesn’t speak to their decision making skills at all like people claim it does.
