  1. The thing that I hate most about the genshin anniversary awards is that when compared to the anniversary gifts that their other game honkai is getting it makes it feel like they are just giving a middle finger to genshin

  2. Cant we boikot this game on the anniversary day for like about 2 days so they'll notice why they should care about their game players….i'm still salty about Baal pull at this moment 😢

  3. I wanna bring up dokkan battle, which has made a shit ton of money from players spending, 3 billion to be exact. Now, genshin, has made a third of that income, you heard correctly, a fucking third. Yet, the rewards between the two are so fastly different it hurts. You could get 700 stones per celebration on average if you play the game and each ten pull is 50. Thats 14 ten pulls. And genshin, well hey get fucked have a chance to get half a pull. Like at the very fucking least they could give us 60 pulls on just loggin in and more for playing the damn thing

  4. Imma say this, please read it a bit in full

been playing honkai for two years. They always put out the community event rewards first, due to how long it takes make. From what i have seen of mihoyo i would not doubt it to end up having in game rewards compairable to honkais first.

The aniversery rewards tend at least in honkai, recently have been along the lines of 25 free pull cards of choice,
about 750 crystals from the event shop. Materials for late game and mid game crafting and upgrades.
The first time buy on crystals is refreshed.
A few free pulls for logging in
    And a free srank.
    All from playing the game.

The lineup from honkais first and genshins first are much different.

I feel like the actual ingame rewards will be a lot like a fusion Honkai's first aniversery and what is given out now a days.
In case you where wondering what the 1st aniv was.

3000 crystals, a free upgrade mats, and some char fragments for night squire, the unit that just came out.

So basically free 10pull some upgrade mats and a quarter a char unlock

By all means, it feels like a lot of people are taking the community events as the only event and running with it.

Mihoyo has a pattern with aniversery evets to give people time for the community to make what they will reward, and also later an update that has the ingame rewards as the aniversery version.

look at che CN honkai anniversary for instance they just revealed officially the rewards in the anni live stream and the content of the 5.3 CN anniversery update.
    announced APHO2 pretty hype ngl,
two new units that have been highly waited for, the beta builds are out a month in advance but still hey we knew that but none of the other stuff out.

But also the rewards for the community event at the same time, i hope you genshin players get a good ingame reward set like honkai has been getting due to your unit pool being rather large a year in to it.

By all means they kinda dropped the ball with the announcement but by all means ingame rewards are coming.

Hell I will be a bit upset if you guys don't at least get atleast 10 pulls and 750 primo and a free choice 5* but im pretty sure you will get more then that just by going ehat i have experienced.

  5. I mean, if I had a community as hostile and toxic as the Genshin western community, I'd hate them, too. I already hate said community as nothing but a simple player of the game.

  6. Imagine if you created your own monopoly money worthless everywhere else other than the small transactions that also produce non-tangible assets. Now imagine if you told everyone you were too poor, being a billion dollar company, to give out these fake dollars. makes you think.

  7. I know I'm late to the video .. its kind of crazy bc mihoyo treats us honkai players very well when it comes to rewards/ in game currency & tons of content . Obviously despite both being owned by mihoyo they are ran by separate teams ( I would assume ?) .. it still blows my mind seeing mihoyo act this way towards their newer more popular game ? Idk but just sending some hope that things get better for you all 🙏.

  8. Man, I don't usually see FGO as a very generous game (given their shit rates and lack of pity), but at least in this aspect even it solidly beats Genshin into the damn pavement.
    Genshin Anni:
    – ooooh… sorry, you don't get anything. Yeah, we just don't think you really deserve it, ehe
    – Players: "I expected nothing, and I'm still disappointed."

    FGO Anni:
    – Special banners with some extremely good picks on rate up
    – Multiple presentation and QoL improvements
    – Instant rewards and new retroactively implemented reward paths, giving newer players something to strive for while giving veterans injections of 50~100 summons on average
    – At least 10 (technically 11) free summons and other misc. resources from the MP shop (very easy to get enough MPs for at least the summons even as a brand new account)
    – Enhanced start dash, giving new players a ton of free summons, resources, and AP refills (base is already good, and it gets even better for a while here and during some other events)
    – Super cheap GSSR; basically, spend as little as ~15USD to do an 11 roll on a special banner and be guaranteed at least one limited SSR Servant (highest rarity; can get multiple if lucky)
    – Usually some announcements of new projects outside of the game itself as well, sometimes bringing their own celebratory rewards as well
