I feel like certain voices are too softspoken when they're not supposed to be. For characters like Barbara and Sucrose, it makes sense, but for others like Fischl, Mona and Keqing it doesn't because those characters speak more outwardly and confidently. Don't get me wrong, these impressions are amazing, but just something I noticed as I heard them.
