MASSIVE UPDATES!!! NEW BANNERS Feature, 5-STAR Gift Packs, NEW Exchange System – Genshin Impact

Few hours ago there were several new updates regarding a new Banner feature, new exchange system, new 5-star weapon bundle gift packs and many more.
First, we’re going to discuss a new banner feature, perhaps some of you are already aware that a few days ago, there was a rumor circulating about the triple banner or 3rd phase banner.
According to today’s latest update from a reliable source, these new banners will differ from regular character banners as they will be centered around character release dates, character birthdays, and anniversary events.
Although we have limited information, in our perspective, this new banner is expected to emphasize the initial introduction of the characters, celebrate their birthdays, and commemorate significant events related to the game’s anniversaries.
It is possible that this new banner feature aims to provide a solution for the reoccurrence of old character banners that were previously released, eliminating the need for prolonged waiting periods caused by limited number of banners in each version.
Next up, it’s about a brand-new exchange system, based on the latest information, it seems that a similar system to the Starglitter Exchange Shop will be introduced, This means that players will have the opportunity to purchase rarer items in a whole new way, perhaps using new currencies as well.
Hopefully that the new exchange system will include 5-star items that are accessible to F2P players, An excellent example of such a system can be found in another game from the HoYoverse, Honkai Star Rail, this game has implemented this feature, allowing F2P players to obtain top-tier items.
In the game, there are numerous weapons that are beneficial for specific characters, however, obtaining them can be challenging since they are only available in the standard banner.
in fact, currently there are certain weapons that remain unattainable, specifically the Hunters Path bow and the Beacon of the Reed Sea Claymore.
It is highly probable that this item will be specifically made for non-F2P Players, this way, they can easily purchase the 5-star gift bundle and obtain the desired weapons for their favorite characters, without having to rely on the standard banner for random pulls.
Lastly, based on the most recent information I have received, it appears that there will be no further expansion maps, maybe like Enkanomiya and Chasm.
it is likely that this decision stems from the fact that a significant number of players do not revisit these maps once they have completed their exploration, unless there is a specific need to gather materials.
Still around the same topics regarding the new maps in the game, they mentioned that there won’t be any more complicated underground areas like the ones in Sumeru.
Some folks are on board with this change, while others aren’t too thrilled, the reason being, exploring intricate underground spaces is quite thrilling for a bunch of players.
so, what do you think about these recent updates, comment below

  1. Copium overdrive! Dr. Ratio really woke up a lot of genshin fanbois and forced their head out of hoyo's ass))
Honestly we will still get only 4star selector for Liyue characters and 10 pull and you will like it and eat it)) Maybe selector for previously free skins for newer players, but a 5star selector/gift? Ahahahaha DREAM ON))
PS. I'm a genshin veteran, who plays almost from start, so I KNOW what I'm talking about.

  2. İf they change exploring, it would be suck. Because ı was really enjoying it. Btw, if they do add 5 star standart weapons to shop, it would be hard to save enough to o get that 5 star weapon since there's free pulls out there. I mean if you think about it, let's say that you're hitting hard pity but you want that character so much, what wil you do? Use star dusts and glitters to get wishes to pull.

  3. I think changing exploration stuff is very hard because no matter what, you cannot win everyone. There's always a push back on every sides. So not sure about that. Personally, I just don't like it when the place is too dark, or too intricate that it makes me feel anxious that I somehow might miss a chest somewhere. I love exploring, and I love challenges and puzzles, but sometimes certain areas annoys me 😂

  4. Make expansion maps more fun and lively with more activities and even daily commissions so players visit them more often❌️

Stop adding expansion maps at all✅️

I don't know how they're thinking they're choosing the bad decisions and probably the laziest too

  5. And the for the complicated underground areas , if they add a flash gadget, more interesting enemies and more chests , expanding the area underground and making alittle easier to explore like the underground areas in inazuma, would be better than not adding them at all, also i can't imagine natlan without these areas

  6. Exploration wise: I think no more underground spaces would make it more so that it is streamlined however, I also do like the intricacy of Underground areas. Maybe not so complicated like the Sumeru Desert and maybe something similar to Fontaine undergrounds. Either way, if its easier its okay because less things to worry about.

And any other ways to obtain other items and possibly weapons is always a good step forward because accessibility to everyone is important.

  7. And also, if they were to take out the expansive and intricate "dungeons" and made it easier, there wouldnt be as much to play through waiting on the next release…. maybe its just me, but as frustrating as some exploration areas are, they are fun because it keeps you guessing for a while.

  8. This sounds like gendhin devs had a rude awakening, with mass player drop offs and retention at an all time low, not to mention revenue basically dying except Furina literally the Chinese server is the only reason the games making millions 😂
Content comes out too slow, the game is ass in every aspect except combat.
We are in year 4, i know most of yall are kids with the attention span of a gold fish but we are SUPPOSED to be in khanriah at this point but we are only half way, its absolutely pathetic.
Star rail came out and completely blew genshin out the water and people are leaving for it by the dozens.
I have little to no faith in the genshin devs but if they can fix their shit maybe just maybe they can salvage this dumpster fire

  9. Wow …. outside of the banner change , everything just seemed wrong ? Just dissapointing , no inovations , not making content because the developers are too bad at game design to figure out a way to implement replayability ? Meanwhile adding a store item inaccessible at all by F2P players , they are just actively sabotaging the game at this point. Hopefully they have a better news tomorrow during the livestream.

  10. Personally, I don’t want underground areas to be completely gone. Maybe one or two big ones you can drop into that you can explore rather than too many, you know? A cool thought is to have an underground area in Natlan be a volcano that you can look around in once you do open world stuff to lower the lava inside of it. Then it’s revealed that there’s actually a huge area inside of it that the lava was blocking. That kind of stuff would be fun for underground exploration!

  11. I personally am not the biggest fan of underground maps but without them where's the challenge? the difference in atmosphere? Just because players complain that something is hard or eery doesn't mean we should get rid of it, the game should be diverse and challenging in different ways, there's something for everyone

  12. I loved the chasm, I really enjoy exploring dark/eery places, the quality shouldnt be judged based on how many times I return after I'm done with exploring, because its the same with everywhere else on the map, you usually only go where you need to go
