I've been playing Ningguang since november-december where i had her C1. I could see her potential, so I made lots of wishes, all the way to her C6.
I can say that actually, it's still one of my strongest members, and i still continue to enjoy playing her !
Even if 5* are broken now like Ganyu, Hu Tao and Eula, Ningguang has the potential to be almost as good as them when maxxed. Dope af.
