Nah, I'm just gonna build her Atk, her attack pattern remind me Yae Sakura(Ninja version of Yae Miko).
I've come to realize that the normal attacks of every character are made for characters that utilize normal attacks or physical damage players at this point
I can only hope she'll be good in the future
So the first electro healer cant be used in co op?
Not sure how good she'll be but I have the stuff to max her to 90. Have some random artifacts that will give her a ton of HP and like 260% ER so that'll do.
Doubt I'll get her I don't want/plan to pull on any banner after Yelan this cycle.

It’s hard to judge 4* healers when you have bennet. The healing seems more like an afterthought and I imagine if you spam her e then switch out, she’ll die a lot if she does it at bad timing. Also there seems to be some split scaling with hp and em, she can’t use harbinger of dawn even tho she scales hp. Hopefully the damage she brings makes it more worth to bring over having a barbra or diona in an electro team.
Really hoping to get some copies of Kuki for my Eula team with Rosaria and Zhongli. Got heals, cryo resonance, Zhongli shields, and superconduct happening.
So, HP%/EM/Crit (or EM/HP%/Crit)? Or would double-HP%/Crit or triple-HP% be better (with EM through sub-stats)?

Wish her burst did more than just damage. Party wide burst heal? Resistance shred? CC?
I feel like she’s a viable support in childe taser teams, Eula teams, and a lot more and has multiple uses as a 100% uptime electro applicator and healer (at c2). Granted you won’t get the same amount of dmg out of her as say a Jean, Kokomi, or even a Sayu, she still has her uses as a full support. People seem to forget that while Zhongli can do good dmg, you sacrifice a good amount of his shielding capabilities to get him to do so, and I see the same think with her. She isn’t meant to do dmg like gorou, just heal, (tenacity) buff, and apply electro for your team. And her heals aren’t even burst reliant either, the best kind of heals.
I can still cope with dendro reaction with electro and hydro

It sucks because I really wanted her for Ittos sake. You can’t have the Arataki gang without Shinobu. But she’s just a worse Qiqi, and I don’t understand why they made her split scale. If they just invested all into HP, even if the multipliers were low her kit would still feel usable. I’m still gonna go for her after I go broke for Redhorn, but I’m not going any further than c0.
Not to mention her EM bonus, Mihoyo is REALLY banking on Dendro-Electro reactions saving electro characters.
I don't think she' s terrible, but I think she' s way too niche to be usable in other teams
I personally find her to be very good for overworld, since she has little to no actual cooldown on her E, and that' s what I wanted from a healer, she also does quick heals instead of good healing every 5 seconds or so, which I also like
But the problem is, that' s as far as she goes
Sure, she has good electro application, c2 is basically 100% uptime, she can easily proc tenacity 4pcs, if you' re in the range of the E it (apparently) heals everyone in the range in co-op, these things are good for a healer, but anything else? What she does is not enough
I find her to be nice to be used with chars like Xiao, Itto, Eula, etc. and maybe quick swap teams, since everyone gets healed one time during rotation, but that' s about it for now
She needs more QoL upgrades for the team, resistance to interruption and/or damage reduction on her E (can be a passive, Idc) would have been so good, that' s what 4* need, but instead they are always so shallow and inches away before becoming actually usable in slightly harder content
I really liked her design but So far from what i can tell Shes half decent in the overworld and a burden in abyss…
new four stars are usually constellation gated, like yunjin is meh until c2, sara is just straight up un-useable without c2 and dont get me started on thoma, but shinobu is an absolutely pathetic character and her cons dont even save her..
What is she even supposed to be? A sub dps? Not with that dmg. A electro enabler?beidou,fish, and raiden can play that role better. A healer? To be fair her healing looks pretty good until you realize healers are unnecessary + bennett exist.

But yeah my Noelle will out-heal her so i'm not too fussed although as someone who played with a full electro team briefly and lacking an electro healer she will fill that void so having her i will be able to switch things up and enjoy the electro life.

Too bad she comes with itto, and knowing my luck with 4 stars, i better avoid wasting my pity in c1 itto. Well she is a 4 star, i may get her eventually doing standar wishes like it happened to me with rosaria after doing like 70 wishes 🙁
Her split scaling is because of Dendro, electro+Dendro reactions will scale with both em and hp (unconfirmed)
I think i have never seen a title like that about a character in pre release

Dont say she is good/nuts in terms of dmg if you calculate what she does her dmg is low compare to other characters like lisa, beidou, fischl even at C6 she is more a disappointment than a good character and i could hit them for that

Look at qiqi why is she bad ? Because she can only heal and apply cryo thats it no helpfull buffs, shinobu is more or less a electro qiqi but 4 star with less healing facepalm so even 4 piece clam is noth worth on her same as emblem because the dmg is still to low so the best you can do is 4 millelith but be letd be real even than she is a character that change nothing and thats sad
Only things that seemed lackluster were the C6 (as you mentioned), random EM scaling (we'll see where this goes), and her burst multiplies not being great + the burst being a short instance of damage rather than DoT (it appeared that way in her gameplay vids). Overall, she's pretty interesting I'm glad she doesn't seem useless. It seems she may offer some utility for new taser or superconduct+phys teams. Sadly, I don't think I'll pull just because I already have Itto and I never pull just for 4 stars. (Also don't have Gorou even though I did 100 pulls on Itto's first banner, very unfortunate)
Doesnt matter…. it doesnt matter how many characters you have when the game is as empty as every single guy's heart…
If they had replayable content this situation could have been avoided

Shinobu is the one character I want, I wanted an electro healer this whole time and I am so glad for this finally. Yelan is okay I will get her and use her for sure but healers are in short supply. Need one of each element. Split scaling is underrated honestly so I am happy for Shinobu. Elemental mastery is what electro and anemo are designed as for their multipliers. Reaction damage dealing and assault style is what defines Electro in my perspective. Give Shinobu a black sword is my idea with Xiao's new domain set and have fun honestly ^<^ cannot wait for shinobu.
Her ult is around amber ult level, given the fact that it'll be pretty hard to go below 50% hp especially as an off fielder and healer.
She'll be a nice comfort pick for an electro charge team without a dedicated healer tho like the current sucrose and 4 star taser team.

no wait you dont realize that her c1 and c2 are actually good her c4 is kinda meh by comparison her c2 makes it so her skill has 0 down time so she can always use it on/off cd so she has pretty much no cd and her c1 increases her burst aoe to the size of jean/bennett so its really good to.
also she does have split scaling but not to bad.

yeah duck her healing im going to make her a main dps because her attacks are simply too beautiful, i already have strong units like hu tao ,raiden ,ganyu, etc so i just wanna have fun at this point.
She could be a good ToM holder for attack buffer since her E has 12 sec duration with 15 sec cooldown. And 100% duration with cons. While weapon maybe she could hold fav sword to help team energy and herself.

And that's why people it's better to look for CCs that do REAL TC (with math, sheets and whatnot). smh
