I'm still going to pull for Kaveh no matter what simply because I like his design, personality, his expressiveness and his relationship with Alhaitham is hilarious.
I'm going for more of mixed artifacts with focus on EM with some crit. Probably just gonna build a bloom team for him with the new F2P weapon.
The only thing I'm still not sure about is his energy. Let's say he is in a bloom team with XQ with Fav sword and Nahida + being the one on the field more and catching energy particles and with groups of enemies so even more energy generated. I have two builds, one with ER sands (around 185% ER) and another build with around 150% ER. I'm hoping for the second build to have enough ER because it has better stats but I'm not sure.
Can someone explain me what will kaveh do?

I would love nothing more than to get Kaveh. Unfortunately, I'm still "building" Baizhu (collecting ascencion mats currently available in the game + Ocean-hued Clam levelling), as well as Xingqiu (because I finally got him a good 4pc EoSF set and now needs to ascend to up his talent level). Considering this, it's sad to say that Kaveh will most like have to wait— even more because I am revamping majority of my characters' equipments.

I'm becoming a Kaveh main.
I was thinking about unique teams and going Kaveh + C6 Bennett + Yelan + Nahida for a mixture of constant Burgeons and Blooms. Probably won't work, or even be as good as Razor though… 😥
I have to say build wise Kaveh is very complex due to only his healing scales with EM. However on the same team as Nilou holding her signature weapon with a bunch of HP will grant Kaveh a bunch of EM so a attack em build could be optimal? I was considering running him with Ayato, Yaoyao and nilou so he will have a lot of off field hydro application and a yayao holding deepwood set.
