same shit happened to me on the Homa banner.
I rolled for Song of Broken Pines and after 70 pulls, I finally see a golden pull and it turned out to be Freedom-Sworn…. that is until it revealed all the pulls and it turned out I pulled both Freedom-sworn AND Song of Broken Pines, I nearly had a heart attack. Now I have to pull Kazuha..
Hutao weapon banner is the only weapon banner i would pull as f2p. Spend 40 wish and i lose the homa, but atleast i got the elegy which is really good, plus with 3x widsith and 3x sacrificial sword for xingqiu. Other than that, it is still a scam. Seriously hutao banner is a blessing from mihoyo that probably come once a year.
This hurt so much so see. Especially in the recent days where I wished on Pines/Freedom Sworn and was hoping for a quick Pines and get out. Instead I got 2 Freedom Sworns, so I was kinda pressured to swipe for Pines.
Hopefully Redhorn does come in this account before the banner ticks over.

I lost 50 50 but I saved enough to confirm him so I got him the next 5 star. I then 3 ten pulls and got 2 more ittos

Welkins will get 3000 primos in any banner period. Just shy of 20 summons. But the 300 Genesis makes it 20+100primos. So you'll definitely get it. There will always be some event, quest, hangout, achievements, or chests available somewhere to get a few extra. If the timing is right you'll get more from BP/Shop reset. It can easily be 30 and potentially Starglitter. Without any of the aforementioned extras.

Take my advice never going into the weapon banner as a F2P or light spender however if you're going to hit the weapon banner anyways you have to commit meaning either you have enough for two fails and another 60+ pulls for the 100% or you don't. This is why I'm saving for Ayaka i want Mistsplitter (i assume that's her best weapon correct me if I'm wrong) By the time she shows back up i should have enough for both. Kazuha can use the jade cutter.
I got 3 ittos and the redhorn early with 232 pulls that i farm after the baal banner 🙂

I’m a bp and welkin player and I never had any luck whatsoever, all i felt from genshin was pain until baal. I saved for 3 month to get Baal and her sig, got her 2x in the first 10 then got qiqi after another 20 wishes so was baited into going for c2 and got her late 70s. I managed to get the signature weapon after 37 (I had a little bit of pitty built up that was just under 20) , started singles after 30 because I literally had 7 wishes left, But Had roughly 228 star glitter as a back up. To top it off I recently got 3 five stars on the Homa weapon banner, hit pitty and got elegy then got skyward harp in the next 10 so “yes you guessed it” I was baited into pulling homa even tho I was telling myself not to.. after 30 pulls I got the staff. 8 five stars in under 270 wishes which is just nuts. I don’t expect anymore luck and I’m so grateful for the luck I received. I definitely deserved it since I had never won a 50/50 since klee
i just had 200 wishes char banner was diluc con then itto and the wep banner I got the bow then a wolf gravestone that I already had , it is what it iss

Failed my 50/50 got Diluc I’ve been saving since raiden launched. Hoping to get itto before he leaves. Would love the weapon but it seems like it’s real hard to get it so I probably will leave that for now. Praying itto comes home soon

Have had better luck on the perma banner (A couple of 5* spears and Mona? That's more of worth than I have gotten on the banners!). Never tried weapon banners because the character banners are enough pain.

I'm saving since Baal and i'm on 223 wishes starting from 0, baal was my last summon. Not sure if i'm wishing. depends on how good the character is. Full F2P here except one moon thing that someone gave me as gift. (like 3000 gems, a few days left)
I'll pulls on weapon banner only if both weapon can benefit me, just like previous banner which is I want freedom sword for my Kazuha but ended up getting SoBP, but at least I have Eula since her 1st banner, so not totally waste & it only cost me 10 pulls, but got SoBP at 19 pity

Its tough when you are faced with the fact that months of saving isn't enough and you go from thinking your account is going to be awesome to the realization that you aren't going to be getting what you planned for months to get.
I've won 3 50/50's in a row to get C1 Hu Tao and C0 Eula. Won the weapon banner to get Homa for Hu Tao. Hard to imagine that with bad luck my core would have been C0 Hu Tao with a black tassel. So unforgiving.
Now I'm afraid that when I go for Shenhe or Ganyu/Zhongli I'm destined for a C3 Qiqi.
2 Xinqiu, I call that a win every day. Not even in the Xinqiu banner did I get more than 1

As a Welkin moon and battle pass spender, I have never pulled on the weapon banner and I am never going to do so. Only on character banners and only for characters I really like. Hu Tao is my favourite and I never pulled for homa, I pulled on the contrary for her c1 and it took me 220 summons, I spent all my 2 and a half month resources without even pulling for homa and now I am gathering summons for Ganyu (if she comes at 2.4) and Shenhe because I love Ice characters and element. If you want every character with every signature weapon, the only solution is to spend thousands of 💰. Genshin is a fantastic game, but I will never spend so much money, you can make it through the game with almost every character and weapon, make your gameplay enjoyable people and do not chase the meta if you cannot afford it
Rip man, I got Itto on my first pull after losing 50/50 on Albedo’s rerun. I lost the 50/50 on the weapon banner to skyward spine. And I’m FTP
I had saved up 172ish wishes and got Itto, c1 gorou and 2 harps plus a skyward sword, I had assumed I would only get one 5 star weapon so I chose the harp path cause I saw it work for others but life really said hahaha not for you
i saved for 6 mos since ZL rerun, i only got lucky on raiden banner, then saved again after that.. i only got 1 qiqi, 1 itto, 2 gorou, 1 harp and 1 redhorn.. so it’s not that far..
My experience for pulling him, I got him at 30 pulls and at the last pull I got him twice. Then his weapon is at the first 10 pulls…there goes my new years luck.

That is why i use the reverse forbidden technique! it worked for me on Homa and Polar starweapon banner
It happened to me. But with Gorou. 114 pulls no Gorou and i lose my 50/50 to Itto. Wasnt planning to get him on my main account.
i was thinking about the weapon banner too, until i got 6 diona and got reminded that character banner isnt easy either
