She runs the orphanage but she is contrary to Mother, she does love the children and does not make them kill each other, but she does give them dangerous missions and is stricter.
That's why it's more obvious that at the end of the next quest it becomes clear that she never really wants to kill her children but rather make them strong by kicking them or something like that.
She's kind of crazy, and giving dangerous missions to children isn't very good, besides, she kills people… so yes, she's bad, but more of the anti-hero type.
That man's comeuppance gets what he deserves 😤😤😤

it's not a story about good and evil Hoyo is not interested in a fairy tale of that kind. Tsaritsa is fighting for humanities free will. Archons are upholding status quo. The gods are trying to course correct what happened after the Cataclysm. All of them are evil or good depending on what angle you view it from.
If a more intelligent species came in contact with humanity, and demanded to experiment on humans. When refused they would use the argument that we experiment on animals to find cure medicine innovations because we are more intelligent, how is this any different.
When I saw the teaser on genshin's official channel, The only thing I was shocked that so many comments that said step on me and I wish I was that man😂😂😂😂

It’s weird that the newspaper’s content only appears if you have closed caption on. It’s pretty important in order to understand who the guy was.
If you turn the captions on, it translates the newspaper headlines. It explains more about the guy she killed, and makes more sense about what actually happened and what he says at the end.

Those, who parade their virtues, does the most evil. That is line that describes Human nature. People would justify there kills, justify their greed, to hurt others in their names of that said Virtues. Dictators killed millions for the sakes of paradise, made from the corpses of those left behind. And a paradise made of corpses isn’t true virtues.

"Mother", the previous Knave, presented as a loving caring mother, but was cruel beneath the surface. Arlecchino wanted to be the opposite, so she presents as a cold and unfeeling "Father", but actually cares deep down.
Arlecchino cares for her kids she has a kind heart i just can't wait for her i want her now ❤️❤️❤️ she is awesome & badass

Just because they have reasons doesn't make them not evil though. Most evil people throughout history had reasons, sometimes they weren't even bad intentions, just faulty methodology. Only clarifying this because some people are doomposting her as being changed into a "good person" as if what she did in this video was the right thing. It's a weird thing I see a lot with fictional characters where for some reason some people think in order for someone to be bad they must be bad in all ways and have no reason or a stupid reason behind them
