  1. Another thing to add:
If you're not illiterate or have enough free time, you could actually try to read the lore and realize: The lore of Genshin goes BALLS DEEP, and it's god tier GOOD! I'd personally put it on the FromSoft levels of deep lore, as a Souls vet! They even have the same type of Storytelling, namely: FromSoft style of world building and story progression! And once you actually keep up with the lore, the Main-story becomes so mich more enjoyable!

  2. Maybe great for new player but for me who complete all the quest and exploring,I feel really tired and boring.
so i decided to not to play genshin until natlan fully release.

  3. My wife started playing about 2 months ago and she's just getting to the final act of the Fontaine archon quests now, she's a casual gamer and just enjoys her random characters but she's been able to keep leveling and progressing really quickly (AR48 World Tier 6, main team level 80), and that's with spending the bulk of her time fishing/collecting resources for her teapot! Haha.

  4. Being a new player in Genshin gonna fill you with overwhelming amount of content. But if you treat Genshin the same you live in real life by doing thing one by one step, you'll be fine.

  6. There is an impressive amount of enjoyable content in Genshin, but there is SOOO much more unenjoyable content in between it. Even just sticking to the main archon quests and story quests, there are definitely periods where the writing and pacing is very very poor, and a lot of situations where its pretty obviously padded to create a false sense of length and substance.

I dont want to misguide anyone here, there is a LOT to do, and a lot of it can be very enjoyable, but doing too much all at once, especially when dealing with the filler, can burn you out quickly. Take it at the best pace for you, and I'm sure you'll have a great time (JUST DONT SPEND MONEY. TRUST ME)

  8. I feel like the more time passes, the more the game becomes beginner friendly. Not only some of the challenges are made easier, but the amount of content to go through will take years to complete and will not make you suffer from extreme drought during dry patches. The only things that are missed are some minor lore hidden behind events and event weapons which, besides cinnabar spindle, is nothing too important or game breaking. Even Cinnabar Spindle is useless if you don't pull Albedo.

  9. I have been playing the game for a year and 7 months and never got burned out or bored once. Because of the new things in every patch and I love the main story

  10. I agree with all of the things he said but both new and older players should not trust the gacha system.
All the gacha systems in this game are nothing but a scam especially weapon gacha
They always say that after losing the 50/50 the next five star character you get will be the rate up character but you don't
