Just one lose to be guarantee. In the regular weapon banner you can lose twice until u get what you want. So its a way cheaper.

I actually think this would be better than character banners since you can lose to an event character, rather than just a standard character, same for weapons.

Its truly a scam. You still can lose your 50/50. Imo it's just made to distract you from the event banner and throw more money into the game. If the path you set would be always guaranteed then it would be okay at least for collectors. They could easily put them into a shop and sell a constellation for 100$ and it would be cheaper than to pull on this banner.

… we dont want to bring them out because it is bad for our wallet…let us all trash them into one bucket so that we dont feel the need to bring them back. But obvioulsy its a different pity that gets reset like the weapon banner points. And obviously we wont give more primogems to the players. We secretly give less and less each patch. Good luck reaching 75 pity on 2 banners now…
