Any game with the name “Honkai” in front of it is automatically Hoyos best and favorite game. I feel like they are only using genshin as a “let’s just test out the waters and experiment, and to play it safe, we’re going to copy a really well known game”, and then when Genshin got popular, Hoyo just decided that since it’s the most popular of the main trio, that it would be a money grab and the cash cow for the other less known games. I can see that they put a lot more effort into the Honkai games than the Genshin game. It’s almost as if Genshin wasn’t supposed to be as popular and was just an experiment game.
I have played Genshin since the beginning, and once Sumeru came out, it felt like it wasn’t the same game. It was same graphics, but the details and size was very overwhelming. The story definitely downgraded tho. I feel like all Hoyo wants to do with Genshin is to make it bigger every big update to make players spend more.
Basically Genshin was the unplanned child in the Hoyo family, so Hoyo is making use of that child by making it a cash cow.
I won’t a Banner Rerun Upgrade im Done with The Inconsistent Banner reruns and The unfair Evenly Distributed banner reruns all the characters should be getting EVEN amount of reruns. Im a ❄️Eula❄️ main and im sick and tired of waiting 1 time a Year for possibly Eula’s banner rerun. it’s getting ridiculous how long you have to wait for your favorite character to Possibly come around again. at the rate Eula’s Reruns come out i will NEVER get C6 Eula i will mot be Able to complete her in the lifespan of the game it will die off before then. But all Raiden players will complete her before any other character. What im saying its Hoyo is picking favorites and certain characters are getting Multiple reruns in a Year and then Eula & a lot of other characters are getting put on the back burner again and again. im Tired of the banner System It Needs a Upgrade to be Fair with every character giving them even amounts of Reruns in a year. Banner Upgrades Please. ❄️
If you look at how calm and chill he gets literally anytime someone comes in and gives him food or anything you can tell that being online is what makes him seem hateful to people and it’s probably not how he is in real life, has Tectone said stupid shit before… yes but who hasn’t. But it’s not often if you think about it, at least he’s real for his opinions unlike 99% of people. Genshin stans could never.
Just thinking that the Aranara's quests would be like midway into the game just doesn't make me want to recommend it to anyone. Listen here I like RPG, but man having mandatory quests for the exploration that takes more than 4 hours of dialog is too much I just remember being burned out after doing it in a single day. Sumeru is a big region and ngl looking at it from liyue or mondstadt perspective exploring it all takes a long ass time. Just running to point A from point B to unlock a waypoint is also a pain especially since normal waypoints are hidden on the map until you unlock a statue of the 7.
I like the next update but I don’t like the rewards imagine paying 400$ for a 30 dollar skin😒
