My boy scara 😭😭😭
Your delivery for lore content is actually really good.
That's so chad of you 😀 thanks for explaining his backstory to your audience. Many people don't bother to delve into the lore and understand the emorions the characters feel
Those lore bits videos seem like a good idea. I'm looking forward to the next ones.
I'll continue, until the game is explicit, assume scaramouche being too emotional on getting the gnosis was emotional at all. Because that's just sadly funny to me.
It both fits with how we saw in the Raiden puppet we see she went with a more emotionless vessel that operates based on programming, and how we saw her try to just withdraw overall so she wouldn't have to feel the pain of loss again. I could see her with the state she was in not wanting to "curse" her prototype with that either.
But the funny part in a very dark way to me is if a single tear made her freak out, it comes back to he's actually very human but hasn't been giving the tools on how to process those emotions, so he goes on to play with others emotions as his playthings as he tries to understand how emotions work. Because you might have been trying to give him freedom but you basically abandoned a baby Ei, which is very Victor Frankenstein of you but oh my God.
amazing use of shorts! dont get me wrong i like detailed videos but sometimes i dont have time for 40mins vid while shorts r much easier to disgust on the fly 👍
my only suggestion as a viewer is try to improve the thumbnail a little, when i first saw it i assumed its about luck artifact rng and almost went away until i saw u then read the title
so if u wanted to caught my attention quicker its better to use say a picture of scaramouch from the latest quest to indicate this video is very new and you can add a better looking artifact like say the hat (which looks like the hat that scara wears too)
but thats just me, dont know about the rest
Scaramouche was weak and couldn’t fit the role as the Shogun’s puppet. He should be thankful he wasn’t destroyed, but only discarded. Glory to the almighty shogun, and her everlasting reign!💜
Hopefully we can get this video viral for the people who don't pay attention to the lore
Well explained. I definitely understand his emotions given his perspective on events, but we've yet to get Ei's. Somehow I get the sense that it's some degree of misunderstanding (as these things tend to be).
I'm not saying this because I want her to be blameless, she'd still carry some blame, but I do think one of the problems is that Scara's ability to cope and handle emotions one step at a time, and double check his understanding of things before he lets his initial impulse dictate his response, is woefully underdeveloped.
It'll be interesting if we ever get a more compete picture.
there's still people calling him overdramatic which is so funny to me, would they call a abandoned child overdramatic for their reaction to a traumatic experience? that's exactly what it is, he had little to no guidance how to navigate emotions while being apparently very emotional. all his relationships ended up in a very negative way when you put everything together It would make sense why he is the way he is now. plus instead of finding people or a place to heal he gets into the fatui as a harbinger which btw harbingers are most likely bitter people who were all wronged in life and have their own extremely negative personal experiences being used as military force for a future war nothing of this environment would help him if anything it just made it worse.
The actual intentions of Ei was to send Scaramouche free and live his own life, but I understand the way that he took it as a betrayal.
This man looks like a teacher
Just teaching actual useful stuff
Rather than calculas crap that nobody uses irl
His name is Kuni too
HEY MAN CHECK OUT THE DRIP MARKETING
dude wasn’t betrayed- don’t get me wrong love the guy wanted him since 1.4 but at the end of the day he was just a puppet just as raiden was. ei felt no need for him , she decided not to “kill” scara but instead give him freedom to do as he pleases. when a machine stops functioning u either fix it or throw it away; ei did neither, she set him free – scara was just a broken sensitive traumatized puppet w/ human emotions. won’t stop me from loving him to death tho
