Welcome to Part Four of the Genshin Impact Character Secrets where I’ll be diving into the many characters of Inazuma and the hidden secrets they keep in their lore. The facts I’m getting are mostly from the character profiles, voice lines, and character stories instead of the story quests and hangouts, since most of the time, these blocks of texts are usually overlooked by players

  2. 1) Ayaka (while hiding her real name) used to visit an elderly woman, she was blind yet was an amazing musician. As thank you gift, she gave Ayaka a pair of tea leafs.

    * On her youth, she loved to play the Temari with her family, while also chanting rhymes. But due the dire situation of her clan, she kept both the Temari and Kamara on her closet.

    2) Kujo Sara dislikes sweet things because believes that those types of foods made her lower her guard. And respect Gorou, because his mame is related with the number 5, her lucky number.

    3) Kokomi's idle animation is reading Legend of the Sword. Xingqiu's sci-fi novel.

    4) To make this clear, Heizou's title of detective is similar on how Sherlock Holmes is an "Consultant Detective". His actual profession is a policeman.

    5) Gorou likes hiking mountain. And he is the fifth son in a big family.

  10. Heizou story 7… damn. That’s a painful story, I did his hangout event and I have no idea what underneath that detective’s poker face. I don’t have him in my account despite my desperate tries so I don’t know much about him outside the hangout event.

  17. About the Ayato secret… It's great but it really awful when people like me who wasn't around an event is expected to know about it to get the whole picture.. it is a really awful how mihojo handles event story..

  19. Random thought about Kokomi that will never be brought up in game. What happens if her bloodline dies off? 🤔 she seems like the type that focuses so much on work there is no way she will settle down and have kids soo how will the succession work?

  20. here's another great one from heizou. it's not mentioned in a character story but instead in the teapot:
    heizou sends gifts to the families of criminals he got locked up. according to him, families of criminals often face public ridicule and discrimination, not to mention a family member went to jail. so, heizou wants to show them some care and sends them gifts.

  23. The only showing for me is that Thoma has a linage in Inazuma. He always act like a monstand child that read a book about Inazuma (probably published by yae) and decided to live in Inazuma

  31. Itto apparently has an amazing singing voice, once while he was in jail heizou overheard his singing and concluded that while the lyrics are trash his vocal cords are impressive

  33. Sara being mistaken for a boy sounds so hot. I love androgynous characters. I hope we get more.
    Also, I feel very embarassed for not knowing about Heizou's dead friend (Heizou is my second favorite character, so). I always assumed he just didn't have one. He feels very chill, even more so than Kazuha.

  38. The most interesting fact to me is that Ei has already died once, so that Makoto ascends.

    My thoughts are that since Ei and Makoto are equals, and will not view each other in any other way and there is only ONE seat for them, Ei may have killed herself for Makoto to gain the position.
    Knowing this, it’s kinda sad that the resistance means nothing in the end, not just because of the Shogun’s martial prowess. Afterall, how can you overpower the will of a person that has already willingly died for their goals?

  39. kuki and sara are actually friends and meet up every so often to fight and train, apparently this works because neither of them have to hold back (kuki's voicelines and/or story)

  40. I like to headcanons Sara as trans bc Tengu are usually depicted as an all male race. Add that to her character story, with her being mistaken for a boy, and I think it’s a fun theory.

    Just my headcanon, not saying it’s a fact.

  42. If im not mistaken, itto sumo-wrestled a tengu when he was a kid and lost, but he didn't know who the tengu was. Since people thought sara was a boy when she was younger, this made me think if the tengu itto fought was sara herself, but he doesn't recognize her now. I could be wrong though, i read this months ago, and i don't have itto so i don't read his story much.
