i did the quest for hanayama kauru for 3 days: first day you give the bag of seeds, second day you fight a couple whopperflowers. you get the achievement "second blooming" after giving her sweet flowers on the 3rd day.

Come back daily to Hanayama Kaoru. Second day she'll ask you to defeat some regisvine and third day she'll ask you to give her some sweet flowers. On the third day she'll also give you a dried sweet flower and an achievement on it.
