Question my baal energy recharge was at 170% I was trying get over 200 % but it went lower after a one of my artifact got 10% energy recharge went 11.4 to 17.5 % but my total of my energy recharge went down

she suprisingly good support , i usually focus on crit dmg so that she can hit big since she is support anyway so doesnt matter if critical doesnt trigger…all she need is to become battery and if critical damage occured then it's bonus for me
