I have a Xingchiu with 200% of ER and with two Elemental Hability (Because Sacrificial Sword) I Fully Recharg the Elemental Burst, now having 300%, I need to get Xingchui with 300% ER, time for farming again 😛

in my opinion after 200% Energy recharge you get diminishing returns from energy recharge. So I think stopping at 200% energy recharge is the best option.
