  11. lol that Layla and mine almost had the same art substats (except for the circlet) though I got better sands and only crit rate feather with also 1k hp, and balancing the crit rate on circlet along with +20% crit dmg on it… though that could only get me to 60-110 crit ratio, decent atk numbers and I still need to lvl her up XD if I could find an hp weapon for her… it'd be godsend for me… lmao

  19. Tempted to show him my Layla… I’m at 70 crit rate 200 crit dmg with Mistsplitter also c4…. Though I’m using tenacity + emblem instead of 4 piece tenacity… since I use her with Kazuha and Mona’s dmg bonus, I don’t feel like the atk% buff changes much of anything for my specific team 🤔

  31. Sadly, I didn't get Layla.

    Won my Nahida 50/50. Then, since I had no interest in Wanderer, and was going to save a few patches till Al and Dehya, I went for Yae because I got Baal at launch instead of her.

    2 Favonius Swords, 1 Favonius Codex, 2 Thoma and 3 Heizou later, got Yae with no Layla to speak of, lol. Just an early miracle.

  34. As someone with a C1 Lv. 88 Layla who's considering crowning her shield talent, I agree with the idea that she feels like a 4-star Zhongli 👍

    I don't have Zhongli, but I don't mind, because Layla's shield is beefy and her being Cryo makes her feel like she fits into a lot of teams better, even if Zhongli is technically higher value based on his abilities and numbers

    If nothing else, Layla is like a Zhongli you can freeze with more consistently and can get Cryo resonance with :v

    (I consider Diona to be more like Noelle in that she has a shield, but the shield isn't the main focus and her shield doesn't have 100% uptime)

    Based on what I've seen, Zhongli doesn't really have synergies other than with Geo teams; most of the time, he's just there

    And he's really powerful while doing the whole existing thing, but isn't really playing off of his team members in any interesting way

    Whereas with Layla, her shield is more dynamic and interesting, asking you to pay attention to how many stars there are to know when you'll get extra value out of using a skill and when her next Cryo application is about to happen

    I don't know why this turned into such a long thing, but there you go: some thoughts about Layla. Lol
