The reason your Xiao tam is bad is because you use his e during the burst so you don't get energy. Use it before then burst.

I don't have anything against Moga but it kunda shows that he's a meta-slave
Having Xinyan, Kokomi, Yunjin and Lumine but not utilising them? And, ahem, hello, what's that Amber doing when she can easily ult by cooldown? If she has enough ER and noblesse she can buff, say, Kokomi + provide reactions. Also he could easily get free 25% atk with pyro resonance. And a shield with Xinyan if he built her with def.
Ugh, so much resourses and so little interest in experimental builds, i'm just disappointed.
