I’d like Thoma and I’d like Homa … but 2.3 is when all the characters I want releases. I have to skip with a heavy heart. At least that’s what I keep telling myself. Since even if I roll 2 10 shots, I probably won’t get Thoma or Homa anyways so may as well save my currency for Albedo and Gorou/Itto

If u're thinking that the weapon banner is good.. yea no doubt the weapon is really attractive.
But look at the amount of weapons u're going to randomly get, you'll have trouble getting any of the 4 star weapon more than R2.
U can either get the bow , spear , sword , claymore , catalyst , off weapon banner plus a random 4 star char as well.
I don't comment much on videos, but this is why I love just stopping by and watching some of Seka's videos. First few seconds on the character banner and he's like, it's not worth going for Hutao's c1 constellation. Just straight to the point. Lol. Other content creators always start with the usual "It depends" where it usually doesn't help.
you fail to mention on how you activate the elegy passive.
As i have Hu Tao C0 already im going for hu tao c1 and maybe some pills into the weapon banner

BS hu tao c1 is god send it comes in handy a lot when there are events with restrictions like back when the Amplifier initiation event had rules against dashing and other events where stamina was basically non existent including many other situations like in abbys . also for ppl like me who are bad at stamina management its a big dps increase i am not a robot i cant manga stamina well i cant perfect jump cancel every time and not to mention dash canceling is so much easier that it can be a dps increase by it self (in fact its a 15% increase according to KQM guide) and its much smoother

It's just the opposite. If you are really good at Hu Tao, C1 is much more optional since the increase in damage is small, around the same as a normal constellation. C1 becomes more important the LESS perfect you are at playing her, since it makes her much easier and safer to play. Dash canceling is so, so much easier than jump cancel that it isn't funny, for instance, and having stamina to dash around helps for newer player.
I get the whole "don't spend too much on constellations" thing, but saying that C1 is only for skilled play is just plain wrong.

12:30 actually, elegy's best character is amber, and with elegy, amber becomes one of hu tao's best supports.
