You probably have one of these, the 4 star claymore which is called The Bell that you can’t use to any character. Because it provides HP percent stat and also the passive stat is not good for current DPS or Support characters. There is a rumor that Hoyoverse will release 3 new characters soon, 1 male character Shikanoin Heizou and 2 female characters Nilou and Collei before version 3.1 Dendro Sumeru. One of them is rumored to be a new Hydro character, there is a chance this new hydro character will use Claymore or Polearm. Because you can see, there is no Claymore or Polearm Hydro character right now and there is only 1 Female 5-star character who uses Claymore. Since Hoyoverse recently made Hydro DPS or Support character builds focus on HP percentage like Yelan and Kuki Shinobu. There is a chance that they will make another HP-Focused Hydro DPS or Support character too, so that useless weapon will be usable soon. So don’t throw that claymore away and also prepare your Freemogems or Free Primogems or Free Intertwined Fates for the new Character Nilou

  1. The bell scales Noelle's heals though it's not useless plus if a character is in need of a larger ho pool because their defense is low it's useful in that manner. I low-key think that most people keep saying how certain characters and weapons are useless are missing the aspects in which these tools are used to peak efficiency

  2. LMAO keep up the copium friends. This theory is probably the weirdest I've heard recently.
    Yelan (2.7): Hydro Bow (confirmed)
    Kuki(2.7): Electro Sword (confirmed)
Heizou (2.8-2.9): Anemo Catalyst (Sussy, unconfirmed but word on the wind was the development of a male anemo catalyst and additional sussy sources saying Heizou was an anemo unit)
Collei (3.0): Dendro Bow (Sussy, but several leakers have stated this)
Cyno (3.0): Cryo Polearm (Sussy, Polearm confirmed but I've only seen a single source claim cryo. It feels similar to the "Yun Xin is most certainly Anemo" claim, so take with salt)

Based on the way Hoyo has been making units, HP scalers will likely be almost exclusively hydro. We had thought that Ayato was going to be our Hydro Claymore originally, but alas.
unless they materialize another character out of the ether, Heizou is due to be the last character releases of this production year to hit Hoyo's goal of releasing 17 characters a year. Depending on when we get 3.0, we might not get another unit until well into sumeru, after 3.0 banners. Afterwards, well, all's fair game. but ya'll might be waiting half a year for them.

  3. Imo they should make characters that could be useful with some of the weapons. There are weapons that kinda are useless so if they make a character that can revolve around the weapon stats would be nice

  4. The only character right now who can sort of benefit from my R5 Bell is Beidou. The HP buff enhances her ability to absorb damage with both her counter skill and the shield she receives from her burst at higher constellation levels. This is however a very minor buff, and frankly, not enough of a justification to run The Bell even on Beidou when so many other, better claymores are available. Damage is King in Genshin. The game isn't difficult enough to warrant the inclusion of a dedicated "tank" character on the team, so HP builds tend to be absolutely terrible. (btw, it would be interesting if Hoyoverse did ramp the difficult so as to encourage the use of tanky characters. Would make a lot of existing underperforming characters shine.)
