Why would they nerf her C1 and give her a tiny HP dmg bonus?
I could be on weapon grade copium but… i feel like they will release an utterly busted artifact set in 3.6 . Just to spite people like..
Lets me cook 20~30% HP bonus 2 set 10~20 pyro and some burst dmg buffs or all skill buffs for 4 set which scales off max Hp.
If ya count all the HP potential bonuses together ya actually are reaching some scary numbers on paper heh..
NUMBER SPOILERS!! (Not final!!/Speculation and so… )
Base health roughly 16k
Ascension roughly 30%~
Her sig weapon 30%~
Some HP artifacts 100%~ 150%~
So in total, she could come up to 160~180/210~230% total very reasonably with poor stats? Her lowes potential would be around 50k and at max towards 80~90k maybe if ya get good rolls? If ya take a 3~5% max HP scaling then… .
Then throw the "Potential" artifact set with just 1~2% of max HP as bonus dmg or double it with her C1. So ya could creep up to 3~5%max Hp as bonus dmg for her burst.
Obviously her crit stats would suffer a lot but could it be worth it?
Also… can anyone say if im to high on copuim with that set i came up with after getting my hopes smashed like this xD
Well maybe… after reading that over again i might be overdoing it a bit with trying to make her work heh.. ahahha.
if you think Aloy doing 57 more damage is power creep, just wait until she's able to hack machine enemies.

Dehya imo is a victim of poor timing cause of CNY Dev's neglected her for most of beta and right now hoyo seem to be dendro focused as every non dendro that's been released since sumeru has been pretty mid they probably will start making better non dendros after baizhu and kaveh and nahida rerun since other elements gonna need a major buff to compete with dendro.
Finaly hp scales
I've seen her scaling it's should be 157 to 200% more damage on her burst and skill
if they are buffing characters then likely they will make fontaine super difficult enemy/combat wise

at least she got a decent buff now for once and has more hp scaling now and a better passive that makes using her with yoimiya even more viable now so im happy but still just one more last minute buff would still be nice though. <3 lol

They added HP scaling not to buff her damage, but to allow players to build her with HP and still have the same damage.
It's kinda like having Hu Tao scaling with ATK who dies all the time because she's too squishy, and having her with high HP AND with the same damage (mechanics aren't the same, but you get the idea).
I'd say that this scaling change proves that Hoyo have a plan for her, be it "she will become OP in the future" or "she's supposed to be bad at doing damage, it is what it is".
