Who do you think the first playable dendro character will be?
If they're going to release Yao yao without releasing Dendro then it's safe to assume that she's no longer Dendro. After all, how can they release a character without a working element? That's just common sense.

I think if a character has had two reruns, they should get to go on a new banner and like the weapon banner, you could chart a course for them. It would be childe, zhongli and more in the future. I just think it would be neat.
