Open any browser on your device and
Go to Genshin Impact’s login site genshin.mihoyo.com.
Now, click on the ‘Having Problems?’ button. After that, enter your username or email address and click on Next to continue.
Finally, follow the on-screen prompts to complete changing your account’s password.
