How The Dendro Archon Rules Sumeru (Genshin Impact Theory)

The region of Sumeru is very interesting with the presence of Sumeru Academia which is home to the most scholars in all of Teyvat. They research various topics, but despite this, there seems to be a big problem in Sumeru and apparently the God of Wisdom doesn’t take any actions against it. In this video, i explore the reasons behind this and how it hints towards the type of control the dendro archon has in Sumeru. I hope you enjoy the video 😀

  1. Remember that one Dainsleif voice-line about archons from "We Will Be Reunited" ?

"You shouldn't place too much trust in them. But at the same time, don't go too far in the opposite direction… Don't go trying to overthrow them, or hunt them down."

  2. I know this is just ignorance but man you theory crafters can really go from "This is a sunsettia" to "from this we can conclude that khaenriah farted too hard and celestia didnt like that"

  3. Is is very seriously wrong with Sumeru for sure. That and the face knowledge is used as a resource there based on what Yae Miko said. It's probably living in it's own bubble or something like that unaware of the truth of the world or…something like this.

  4. There is note of the time when Tesla advanced their research, only to lose it all to a strange fungal infection that ate away all the papers and notes… Hmmm…

  5. Tsurumi Island has the disaster not because they knew of celestia. But because they were cursed to repeat the events of that day by the thunderbird. By that day, I mean the day the villagers sacrificed Ruu to the thunderbird. The thunderbird took a liking to a human for the 1st time and that was Ruu. Seeing Ruu sacrificed enraged her so she cursed the island to repeat the events after a thunderstorm where the mist become red
