In this video, I explain how Signora, the eight of the Fatui Eleven Harbinger does not have a vision, nor does she use a delusion. I have seen a lot of players being misinformed regarding this, so hereâs a video debunking her sources for elemental abilities. I hope you enjoy the video đ

Just to clarify- Signora's "delusion" is not the same as the one Teppei used or the one Childe had. It is a custom made device whose primary function is to suppress her "liquid flame" body. The suppression requires cryo power hence that is what she uses, but that is not the device's primary purpose. The device also does not drain the user's life force unlike other delusions.
In the archive it is mentioned "her Delusion is meant to shackle a flame that will devour everything. As opposed to a weapon used to kill, it might be more fitting to consider this as a tool of imprisonment."
Sognoraâs delusion or delusion like thing is cryo and her original power is pyro. When she transforms into her second phase, she says something along the lines of being tired of using the powers gifted to her by the fatui because it has clearly not Ben enough to best the Traveler, so she resorts to her original power. This idea that her original power is that of pyro is also backed up by the crimsons witch of flames artifact set description as well as the flower in the pale flame artifact set.
I always thought it is her catalyst weapon. True it does not make much sense that it's floating around her out of combat but the fact that it disappears during combat isn't unique. To my surprise, Ningguang only uses her catalyst for her E and Q skills, during her normal/charged attacks the catalyst stashes behind her back and after a while it disappears. Or maybe it's a bug with Ningguang or something specific to Ningguang in some other way, I don't know.
Oh, so she doesn't have a delusion nor a vision.. kinda hoping for Ei to say "Capable of using elemental energy without a vision." (cuz it sounds hella hot đ )
Conclusively, this answers why she can't be a playable Signora. Sorry Signora simps, the lore just betrayed your expectations….
sadly I'm one of the betrayed hahahahuhuhu
Can we stop saying that Childe has a vision? Its a delusion! Look at his character model and youll see its a delusion like damn
Signora is pyro itself, while her device is a cryo delusion, made so she would burn to death through her own flames.
Conclusion : Paimon is the one providing us with our elemental power, since she is our floating device
The mask is to cover the face to prevent showing rapid aging. You can see childe final form has grey hair on it
I think that floating device is just her catalyst so it doesnât have to stay there for all time.
Ok I agree with some parts but I just wanted to say that Iâm pretty sure the floating thingy is a catalyst for cryo and that the cryo ring around her is just a shield like the water and electro shield Childe gets in his boss fight during his 1st and 2nd phase. Also she has an affinity for the art of liquid flame and possesses a cryo delusion which if we look at the description for delusions itâs more powerful than visions or faith so Iâm pretty sure that anyone with a delusion can pull a Gnosis out of an archons chest (though I do agree with the fact that the delusion Teppei got is different than the ones Signora and Childe have) Iâm also fairly sure she has a pyro vision but itâs never clearly stated so yah. Also sorry if this is really long.
Her vision is actually pyro i think cuz she is called witch of flames
i think the device has the delusion which signora is just drawing power from, but instead of eating away from her lifeforce, it's eating away from her powers. it seems like her powers are very extinguished for someone to be an elemental being as there was more black than bright orange red and yellow. signora seemed genuinely confused when she got beaten but to me it was a sense of how could her powers have failed her not much how powerful the traveller is. the delusion in the device has been reacting with her as an elemental being, not as a mortal with elemental powers from visions, so the delusion might have been drawing from her flames that have now extinguished to embers?
Signora's lore definitely should be in the archon quest. They created her lore to be that good and her lore isn't even mentioned in the archon quest? Such a wasted potential.
So… Because she is an elemental beings. And that way she was all the time has Pyro atributes. Doesn't that mean Raiden wasn't killing her, but unknownly just critisize her. Idk what word i need to say that "Critisize" or something but you got the point.
that's why she's not playable? because she's a elemental being but no Archon?
Normal players: lets kill this boss as quickly as possible!
This guy: hmm this attack design resembles her device, i dont see any sign of a vision on the character (meanwhile boss throwing attacks everywhere)
Mihoyo design team counts every detail woah
You're half right, she has no vision as you said, she sacrificed her body to gain a flame form, but the device is hinted to be a delusion in the info given from her Mask quest item received after defeating her
Quote: "The woman whose real name was Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter may have once led a more innocent, naive existence. But that was before her eyes were filled with a raging fire, and her innocent days were burned away. Before the icy Delusion extinguished the flaming tongues that ever gnawed her. Before the frozen might that protected her was shattered by the eternal outlander, unbound yet no less determined than she was, causing the flames to burst forth once more…"
Isn't rather ironic how Signora whose patron was once the God of freedom, is now shackled by the white prison given to her.
While any other mortals work hard to be able to control multiple element with and without vision at the same time having a multiple consequences, traveler on the other hand gain elemental power so easily and can even control multiple of them at the same time without any side effects. Even the archon can only control one element. But of course their power is on a whole another level. Traveler is just this interdimentional being with high adaptation capabilities
So, if this is the case, I'm guessing that Signora really won't be playable. But it's just a guess, they have their own plans.
