I'm pretty sure that the eternal full moon in the sky is probably just a false projection in the false sky, so the 3 moons would be the shattered moon being the false sky, the moon at the top/bottom of the Spiral Abyss, and tge crimson moon that seems to appear whenever a Cataclysm-like event is happening.

  6. What if the Triquetra is NOT up-side-down but is us who is instead inverted. The Triquetra is the correct way up in perspective of the correct orientation of Teyvat, It us us who are living on an inverted world tree growing up-side-down! we were flipped, and from our perspective Kheanri'ah is underground witnessing the real sky where the "Wrecked Ships crash".

  7. My theory Paimon JP VA also voiced Kaguya from Kaguya sama love is war. Paimon has voice lines where she says "O kawaii koto!" (How cute!) . This means Paimon= Kaguya, Kaguya is known in Japanese folklore as the Moon Princess ( There is anime movie about moon princess Kaguya refer to that).
    Conclusion Paimon is either a moon or Moon princess as Lumine is the Abyss princess.

  8. Didn't think Natlan had anything to add to information about Paimon….

    Light realm isn't opposite of Abyss. I guess that's been a popular theory (that ignored the Chasm loading screen message) but it's surely proven wrong by the clarification of the roles of the Descenders and the fact that the Abyss is NOT native to Teyvat, but rather arrived with or is the 2nd Descender. This is from the new wings and a statement by Mavuika when talking in front of the Seelie YoHu. Also in the 3rd Anniversary web event where Sibling and Enjou are making a pop-up book report for their boss, the Traveler is depicted as falling down from the Firmament city to Teyvat, so as expected the Abyss is not up, rather Celestia is. Paimon is clearly Celestia marked and not Abyss marked from other evidences such as the big Fleur-di-liys shapes on her clothes matching the Statues of Seven and the nails and the Firmament city columns. Plus Arlecchino states that Paimon is incapable of carrying out evil acts for the Fatui.

    The moon in the sky of Teyvat is the same one in the Abyssal Spire – just look at it's markings. They are the same markings as Earth's moon, "Luna". It's the same moon.

  10. I have a feeling we are going to find out something big in the next Archon Quest about Paimon. The fact they make a big deal about us being separated from her and forging an Ancient Name for us so we are safe. Makes me think maybe Paimon has been granting us protection or power without even knowing it and then we will die in the Abyss cuz she isnt there. Like you said, if she is from the Abyss it makes 100% sense why she is immune to it and maybe she cannot go back there yet in the current story because they would recognize her or something? So she has to stay behind to keep that hidden.

    In TCG paimon gives omni dices also, maybe she is light even if it's reversed.
    Or maybe she WAS light, it's reversed because she's been corrupted by the abyss.
    And that's why she lost her memory and she is nerfed and child form ( like guoba).

  15. I definitely do think Paimon is connected to the Abyss. With her being separated from us when we visit the Night Kingdom again, i have a feeling that maybe it'll be revealed that she is connected to there/us somehow

  17. I am not convinced. The "eye" of Goysothot appears in the sky, but the abyss leaking in the Pari desert actually comes from below and is reflected in the sky, and even Khaenri'ah, which was cast in the Abyss, resides below the Earth, as far as we know.
    They say that the Abyss is both below and beyond, but they probably mean that it resides OUTSIDE the eggshell, and i believe that what comes from below is not outside the eggshell. So my theory is:

    First of all, everything that comes from the Abyss typically has a dark purple hue. Vedrfolnir is purple, the rifthounds are purple, the slime in the chasm is purple, the aura of the Black Serpent Knights is purple. Everything but one thing: Dainsleif. In in the Teyvat Chapter's trailer we see that he raises his arm and it leaves a blue hue, which is the same of the Spiral Abyss, and the portals that lead to it. So my theory is that this "purple" substance is the corruption of the "pure" abyss power (which is Azosite, and as we know, that does interact with "the elements of the Gods" and corrupts it). So, while the (blue) Abyss invades Teyvat and corrupts the soil and the elements, it is constantly corrupted itself by the power of the Elements that is a fragment of light (Khvarena), and therefore they get canceled by each other. The thing is that the Light as a whole works effectively against the Abyss but the fragments (elements) are probably weaker, so they only slow down the Abyss by making it less powerful (and so it becomes purple), while they get completely corrupted by it. The thing is, the Gods DIDN'T create the Elements, they already existed (cause the Sovereigns presided on the planet) and they used Phlogiston to RESHAPE the Elements, probably, which would explain why they are no longer compatible with the Abyss and instead they contrast it. Also, Light (Khvarena) cannot be Phlogiston, because another notable thing is that Renè understood that both Khvarena and Azosite (abyss) have some kind of Will (we now know that the Will of the abyss could be Gosoythot or even an avatar of Azathoth), while elemental energy doesn't. So, if Phlogiston was Light, it should carry some superior Will, and we have no proof that is true.

    TL;DR: the external will resides outside (it's an Outer God, hence why we see it in the sky) but the Abyss broke down the "eggshell" from below and it's currently coming UP from the bottom of the earth.

  21. I doubt that phlogiston is the "Omni element", since it's not a rainbow, it's orange and teal. Orange=pyro=War/destruction. Teal = Anemo=death/thousand winds/istaroth. These concepts are also integral to Natlan's storyline so far.
    Tldr, phlogiston is Anemo/Pyro aligned and destroys the abyss because it's well-suited for it.

Just because phlogiston was used to form all the other elements in teyvat doesnt necessarily mean it's the omni element, skirk clearly talks about powers from "beyond" this world so we know they exist and a separate from teyvat's energy system (now or in the past) skirk is probably talking about honkai energy forms, quantum and imaginary. lore around the chasm talks specifically about ancient battles between "darkness" and "light". The chasm itself was formed by something that collided with the zone and then escaped back out of teyvat later (possibly the spaceship?)
    Other lore creators are also pointing more for paimon being a moon sister that other theories, but it's still not clear cut because the writers are specificially holding that big reveal likely for near the end of the traveller's main story.

Honestly, I see the Lord of the Night as confirmation that Paimon just isn’t a Seelie, all Seelies are recognized as a Deity Race, yet none of them have a Goetia Name, while Paimon obviously does. (Also, the Lord of the Night would’ve definitely made a comment about Paimon being a Seelie, if she was … they would’ve been so surprised to see an actual Seelie)

    So, trying to figure out Paimon’s identity once again points us to her crown/halo, because what else could be more identifying than a crown/halo?
    I looked up what crowns/halos symbolize. Obviously, crowns will always symbolize some form of rulership, or the authority to rule over something. Halos on the other hand often mean a Holy Authority, or a Holy Aura. Considering both of these symbolisms, I propose that Paimon’s Halo-Crown, symbolizes a Holy Authority to Rule … Paimon is an Archon, chosen by Celestia, despite not being a God. Her Goetia Name of Paimon would’ve came from Celestia (this is a complete assumption on my part, no actual evidence that Goetia Names come from Celestia, but we still have no idea where they come from)

    I think, that Paimon might be a Spy sent by Celestia, but she isn’t spying on us, she used to spy on Khaenri’ah. How else would the other Archon’s have known to go to Khaenri’ah, if none of them were aware of what was going on there, and for any of them to find out what was going on there … there had to be someone reporting back. Celestia went silent 500 years ago, this means that before the Cataclysm, Celestia was regularly reporting in with the other Archons.

    Since Paimon isn’t a Seelie, being spotted in Khaenri’ah would’ve had little consequence, she had no reason of being suspected of colluding with the Divine. And, something that we’ve personally seen again and again, everyone who looks at Paimon, has always assumed she’s rather insignificant, a little fairy. The only other times she was assumed to be more significant, is when it was directly mentioned.

    So, if Paimon was a spy sent to Khaenri’ah, then she must’ve learned all of their secrets and everything else about them 500 years ago … why doesn’t she make any mention of them to us now? Well … it could be one of two things, her memories were absolutely lost from back then, or her memories were absolutely sealed from back then. We’ve seen with the Traveler when Khaenri’ah was first mentioned, that they suddenly started remembering that they were once there. This is the only time the Traveler had a case of amnesia at that time. The only significant reason why, is because of the Seal placed upon them, it not only sealed their powers, but also sealed up memories concerning Khaenri’ah. So yes, Celestia is able to seal up Memories, most especially memories concerning Khaenri’ah.

  29. Celestia looks like Paimon's crown. Maybe Paimon is Teyvat. Like how the moon sisters were like beings connected with celestial bodies. Maybe Teyvat IS a moon and the original Teyvat was destroyed and so Celestia took over the Paimon moon and made it into a place for humans to go because they couldn't stay in the original Teyvat. And Paimon being around/fished out of the ocean is because she's growing back into the position of power she used to be in because Celestia appears to be sleeping right now.

  32. A question regarding the theory it more like a counter theory but isn't Celestia on the Abyss idk where I heard this. Still, if they take that as the case it could be that Paimon is from the Celestia and Paimon sounds like a primordial one too so it could be the case where Hoyo is foreshadowing that the heavens are silent because their ruler is not there to make the decisions or something like that. Plus the nails look similar to Paimon's clothing. She has the 3 moon sisters logo because she created them.

  33. I feel like confirming Seelies of being Angels opened up a lot possibility for what Paimon is. Because before people were claiming Paimon is a seelie but I didn’t think it made much sense since they don’t look a like. But now that they are confirmed Seelies to be devolved angels. Paimon is most likely an angel because of the fact that she floats and does things like a Seelie, and literally has a halo. Furthermore her name is literally Paimon, which according to some story is one of the kings of hell and was an angel who rebelled against the heaven with lucifer. So Paimon probably went against Celestia and got banished to Teyvat which resulted in her becoming smaller and devolved version of angel. She was probably extremely strong considering Celestia was probably thinking Paimon will become just another Seelie. But somehow she was able to hold on to her parts of her original form and didn’t become a regular Seelie which means she can eventually regain her powers in the future. Also reminder Rosaria confirmed Paimon has the ability to appear and disappear. Which leads to another theory that she is the unknown god. I feel like Paimon could literally be the unknown god in dormant state and the shade of void.

  38. You missunderstood, Phlogiston is not the omni element, and is not the "light" refracted in 7 elements. Phlogiston served as INSPIRATION to the creation of the pure elemental energy, because Phlogiston can combat the Abyss energy.

    The pure elemental energy is one of the great variety of forms the Irminsul data can be manifested, as the memories, the knowledge, the dreams, the wishes, the fate, etc. Celestia needed to a manifestation that can go against the abyss, and took inspiration of the Phlogiston for this one, the pure elemental energy.

    That's why vision holders can resist to the abyss. The omni element, the light refracted in 7 elements, is the pure elemental energy, created by Celestia, one of the Irminsul data possible manifestation.

  39. My theory is that Paimon the Primordial One was thrown out of the abyss by betrayal of the Second Descender.

    Third Descender was Nibelung King of the Dragons who bought forbidden knowledge to Teyvat to battle the Primordial One. The Primordial One was so weakened that she morphed to her child like form and that's the reason how the 2nd descender got the opportunity to yeet him to the abyss and take over Celestia.

  42. Why can't it be like this that the Paimon knows about the Sibling way before she met the Traveller and it was the Sibling who sent her to accompany or be a companion of Traveller. Now the question rises that if the Sibling was sent by the traveller then Dainsleif and Capitano would know about her. And also Traveller and the Sibling never talked or discussed about Paimon. So it must be Celestia who sent Paimon to the traveller and maybe because Paimon gets a weird dream of becoming Slime so which means she has something to do with Elemental Energy which was created by Celestia and hence Paimon.
