Electro: Those who are special/unique
Anemo: Those who seek freedom (and have dead/lost ppl close to them)
Geo: give to those who work hard (They also seem to not care about their vision for most)
Cryo: For ppl who feel lost and unloved
Hydro: Ppl who feel not good enough and have a sense for Justice
Pyro: Have a passion for their job/role (ask about Diluc if u want)
Dendro: Wise I think? Idk we need more characters

I remember seeing somewhere that even though Venti is the god of freedom, those who bear the anemo vision are usually those with the least freedom. Jean is always so busy she doesnβt have time for herself, Xiao is contractually obligated to keep doing his job, Sayu can never escape her ninja duties even if she wants to. I think only Kazuha bears an anemo vision and actually embodies freedom. Didnβt come up with this, but it really stuck with me.

Idk if this is common knowledge or not, but the archons don't decide what element the vision holder gets, the element they get is dependant of their personality

At the actual lore vision are granted to people by their nation archon the element depends on the person and there nature and awakening a vision of someone else you need to have the same ambition as them like when kazuha actually wanted to block the mosou- no- hitotachi that was his his friend's dream

I picture when the character grabs their vision and the god that suits that vision appears in front of them and both of them try to find a cute place for the vision and make an outfit that matches the vision too
It's funny how he payed attention to the voicelines of the geo characters. Noelle, Albedo, Ningguang didn't want or like geo but Gurou and Itto sorta like it.
Adepti actually don't have visions, they can control the elements on their own.

4:41 the anemo vision got mixed up in the wind and it flew over to sayu while she was sleeping so she didnt notice it
4:46 I think while arataki itto was collecting stuff (preparing for travelers birthday) he picked up the geo vision to give it as a gift -but kept it once he found out traveler had one already
4:57 it flew on her clothes while she was bathing and wore the clothes with the vision on it (she didnt see it cause she was drying her hair at the same time) someone came up to her and asked if that was a vision on her, she checked herself and found out about it

Celestia and gods gives vision to people with great ambition, as we could learn in Inazuma Archon quest. So… why ?
-My theory is that celestia does not want that humans with great ambition, with ambitions that can surpass the gods (Yae Miko said that), becomes stronger and, as I said before, surpass them. That's were vision enters. Visions… Why are they called vision ? Celestia gives vision to people that can surpass them. And they don't want that. That's why. Vision are called visions because it helps celestia to spy on them, to be sure that they don't do anything… risky. They seize "dangerous humans".
