  1. The Fate franchise goes off different branches of its visual novel. Kinda like if you like this character, then you will experience their side of the story kinda deal. Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Unlimited Blade Works, and Fate/Heavens Feel are basically the same story but different branches, hence different events/outcomes. And unless you really love the franchise, stay away from FGO. The game has the worst gacha system plus since you would have missed passed events you won't get the rewards or welfare characters. Also hence why it's infamously referred to as Gacha Hell. Tectones infamous weapon banner pull would seem like a mercy compared to the gacha system over on FGO.

  2. Hot take but, Genshin isn’t really that bad anymore. They have caught up to all of the QOL hsr has(aside from permanent events and resin overflow, sadge), and the gameplay is fun. Same with the Natlan exploration. Primogem income is still kinda small, but it’s a fucking gacha game.

    My only disappointment with the current version is the archon quest, it felt really weak in 5.0 but I’ll let hoyo cook.

  3. Diablo immortal was 10x worse than FGO ever was. You literally had to pay money to enter dungeons or else you wotn get invited. Paying money in dungeon means you get 20x ( or whatever more) loot than non pay. To max out 1 piece of gear you could likely spent 50-100k. No, no virtual currency, real $$ 50k $$. Diablo immortal is piece of art. Fgo is easy mode. Not in the same universe even.

  4. Why every critique video always only presents 1 side of things. Example 50/50 bad -> incentivize u to spent for guarantee. You can flip that argument to 50/50 good because if you fail you can make consious decision to stop pulling and when big banner ( character you really want comes) get a guarantee. You cant do that shit in fgo for example. I personally stopped rolling on my 50/50 loss in HSR and genshin to get guarantee on some next banner. If you dont drool over every single character, this mechanic is good imo

  6. Azur lane honestly is such an anomaly in the gacha space especially for how old it's. Like crazy high rate for SSRs and no need for dupes. The rerun system is the only reason why its gacha system isn't perfect.

  7. In terms of Gacha System, I'd say Snowbreak is my favorite by far. Even if I have to spend a little more currency I never pull on the 50/50 banner, only the 100%.
    Wouldn't be difficult to make the character banner on Wuthering Waves be 100% guaranteed like the Weapon banner.

  8. 实际上,在中国的鸣潮社区(尤其是抖音),你可以看到百分之八十的内容是攻击原神。
    没人讨论剧情,缺少同人作品。
    真正的攻略只有几万点击率,而利用鸣潮攻击原神会有几十万点击率。
    有太多人只是把它当成反原神的工具😅
    而一旦鸣潮出现类似原神的问题,那些人又会疯狂(之前的卡池问题导致了4万条评论)
    我们称之为寄生型社区,仇恨原神,却又离不原神。

  9. 17:53 that couldnt be further from the truth. In Nikke, dupes are pointless. Minimal stat gains and no "unlocked skills". There is a SINGLE reason to dupe a unit in Nikke………the L2D wallpaper. Brother definitely doesnt play nikke lmao.

  11. They won’t change the pity system because it is all worked out how many f2p players get in pulls each patch and it has to be under so there is that fomo. Though they don’t really have hard content either so there is nothing to really go for and it is missing that now.

  13. as a long time gacha player, the 50/50 system thats plaguing the place tends to make me hate pulling more. don't hate em, they have their merits. but i'm someone who would never spend on a pack, but maybe a monthly/weekly pass if i really enjoy a games story/designs. there are games i play where the "pity" is at 300 to 500 pulls yet seem way less punishing when you've spent those pulls.
